Newly developed spacious modern flat in traditional Kensington 2 bed home. Very clean, airy and light with views in both directions, large French doors/ balcony and as it is top floor there are skylights throughout.

Third floor so guests need to climb stairs. Kingsize en suite master bedroom and a double bedroom with another bathroom with shower. Kitchen, living room and all machines (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV etc.).

For 5 or 6 guest bookings we will leave out bedding and towel for the sofa bed. Otherwise it needs to be specifically requested if needed.

Superfast WiFi and new Smart TV so you can login to all the main streaming apps.

Close to Notting Hill, the flat is on the South side of the road, so away from the train line and nice and quiet!

After making your reservation please get in touch if you want to discuss early arrival or departure - we always try to help out but it depends on the movements of other guests and my cleaner. It is important you let me know your expected timings as soon as you can to give me the best chance of being able to help you.

The check-out time for previous guests is 10 AM, and the cleaner needs time to prepare the property properly for your arrival. Therefore, check-in is at 3 PM, allowing for thorough cleaning. If I have guests departing on your arrival date we might still be able to arrange a bag drop after 10.30 AM.

Checkout is 10 AM. Late check-out may depend on there being no guests arriving on the same day and my cleaner's availability.

There is a small fee to make these arrangements to compensate for the cleaner's additional time and arrangements needed. If you're interested in early check-in or bag drop or late check-out, let me know ASAP so I can check availability and let you know how to pay the fee. We will do our best to help out!
