The beautiful interior has been finished with plush furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The living space features a large original window and there's a 55" 4K smart Tv with Netflix, L-shaped sofa, armchair and dining table. In this space, you will also find original Liverpool artwork, a vintage library, and a selection of games for your enjoyment. Just off the living room is a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home and essentials for cooking and breakfast, such as oil, sugar, salt, oats, and granola. There is also a washing machine with complimentary detergent provided.. There is a dongle hub for internet access and a dedicated workspace equipped with a monitor and HDMI cable, making it easy for you to work. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking)

Located in the City Centre on a quiet road, you will be within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Liverpool Lime street station is just around the corner, as well as the Liverpool Empire Theatre. It's around 15 minutes walk to Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs. The main shopping district, home to high street brands, is just 10 minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes stopping 2 minutes from the building. Liverpool Lime Street Train Station is literally across the road, and Liverpool Central is just 5 minutes walk away.
