Villa del Prato is a charming family residence nestled in the hills of San Felice del Benaco on the western shore of Lake Garda. Its elevated position offers a breathtaking panorama of the lake and surrounding landscapes. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, the villa provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity while remaining conveniently close to local amenities. Large windows and outdoor spaces, including a panoramic swimming pool, seamlessly blend relaxation with the beauty of nature. San Felice del Benaco, whose name means "happy inlet," is an enchanting destination with a mild climate, making it ideal year-round.

The villa spans two floors, plus a basement. GROUND FLOOR - Living and dining area with large windows framing picturesque lake views and an ornamental fireplace; fully equipped kitchen; hallway leading to two double bedrooms; bathroom with shower; bathroom with tub. FIRST FLOOR - Double bedroom with a balcony offering lake views; twin bedroom with joinable beds; bathroom with shower. This floor provides sweeping views of the pool and the lake. BASEMENT - bathroom with shower; laundry room; garage with two covered parking spaces.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a 3,000 sq m garden that harmonises tall trees, olive groves, and aromatic plants, creating a serene retreat. The shaded patios, one equipped for al fresco dining, provide inviting spaces to relax. The gentle sound of the lake enhances the tranquil atmosphere. A convenient garage accommodates up to five cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is positioned on an elevated terrace, offering breathtaking lake views. Rectangular shape; dimensions 12 x 4 m with a depth of 1.4 m; salt purification; internal and external lighting; shallow area for relaxing; marble-paved pool terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
