Behind this is bedroom two overlooking the back garden with twin 3' single beds which can be linked together to make a super king double. A modern bathroom includes a walk in shower, washbasin and WC.

On the right hand side of the property there's a large open plan living room with TV, dining area and modern kitchen. The well equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a large fully enclosed garden with views of Winterton Lighthouse. At the front there's off road parking for 2-3 cars and behind the house you'll find warm and cold outside taps to wash muddy paws and boots.

Tremeer welcomes up to four dogs free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and allowed on furniture when throws are used.
