Apartment Twa and Trije are more or less equal in size and design.
Apartment Twa has a private entrance at the rear of the farmhouse. With two large bedrooms on the 1st floor and a cozy living room downstairs, this apartment is well suited for 2 to 4 people. There is a small terrace just outside the apartment where you can enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea in the afternoon sun. Both the living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the 1st floor have air conditioning. The rear bedroom has no windows.
Ground floor: kitchen, bathroom and living room; 38 m2, kitchen with induction cooker, fridge, combi-microwave, breakfast bar with 4 stools. Seating area, flat screen TV, dining table, airconditioning. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink

I am Marco, owner of Aldehoeve-logies and live with my wife and daughter in the front house of the farm. We purchased the farm in 2020 and, with respect for the historic character of the farm, converted the three apartments into what they are today.
I like to receive my guests personally and tell them briefly about the apartment and what there is to do in Workum and the immediate surroundings. We are a small-scale accommodation with attention to details, where guests can enjoy all the beauty that Friesland has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Workum is a truly Frisian place with beautiful historic streets and houses. Moreover, Workum is located close to the IJsselmeer, which offers many opportunities for various water sports (sailing, renting a sloop, kite surfing, etc.). There are very nice cycle routes to explore the area by bike. Highly recommended!

An important advantage of our farm is its very central location in the town of Workum and in the province of Friesland. You can park your car in the private parking lot for guests and walk straight into the historic center of Workum. Workum has an old picturesque center with nice shops, cozy terraces and several restaurants. The IJsselmeer has its own wide sandy beach at Workum and is fifteen minutes by bike or 7 minutes by car.
The farm is situated on a large, park-like plot with plenty of grass and trees. We have beach chairs available for guests to use and relax in the garden.
