Our home is situated in a quiet residential area, this property is just a short distance from local amenities, shops, and parks. Excellent transport links make commuting to Glasgow and surrounding areas hassle-free. Paisley St James train station is only a 2 minute walk away and there is a children`s play park within the complex directly outside the property. Additionally there is a retail park at Linwood only 2.3 miles away (8 minute drive). Here you will find an Asda grocery store, cinema and various food outlets. The following food/restaurant options are nearby

Edinburgh city centre can be reached via train within 1 hour and 30 minutes and by car in under 1 hour and 30 minutes. The world famous Loch Lomond can also be reached within 40 minutes by car.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
