Manor Farm House is superbly located for those looking for a rural, countryside escape but with a host of boutique shops, cafes and other attractions nearby.
Located in Clifton Village, Manor Farm House is a beautiful, Grade II listed, 16th Century home. Enjoying stunning gardens and views over uninterrupted countryside, it features a natural swimming pond and indulgent hot tub and sauna. With golf, mountain biking, exceptional walks, restaurants, bars and cinemas all nearby.
The Location
Manor Farm House, which has plenty of parking space, can be easily accessed via the Gordano junction (19) of the M5 (10 mins drive), Bristol Temple Meads (15 mins drive) and, for those travelling from farther afield, Bristol Airport (15 mins drive).
The setting is perfect for active families and those with dogs as there are miles and miles of hiking paths to explore on a network that begins immediately outside the backdoor. Some of the local woodlands (Leigh Woods, Abbots Leigh, Belmore Woods etc.) contain mountain biking trails from those to with kids or more extreme tracks for more experienced riders. Some of these trails link up to form some of the best biking routes in the South West. Indeed, one can walk or ride to the historic Ashton Court within minutes of leaving the back door and even into Clifton, which is 5 km away.
Keen golfers are spoilt for choice with The Bristol and Clifton Golf club on your doorstep and other courses nearby.
Other nearby attractions include Clifton (with gorgeous boutique shops, well renowned restaurants, bars, pubs and cinema), David Lloyd Centre (5 mins drive), Noah's Ark Zoom Farm (5 min drive) Clevedon marine park (15 mins drive), the National Trust’s Tyntesfield House (3 mins drive), the Mendips (25 mins drive), Cheddar Gorge (40 mins drive), and many other wonderful places in Somerset and south Wales only a short distance away.
