Superb stay in a well-equipped apartment! We had a fantastic holiday for 4 days where the only downside was the lack of network for making calls but that's just a minor issue, Really great experience!

Extremely pleasant apartment, situated on the first floor (ideal if you have luggage, although noticed a few ants near the kitchen table), Wonderful area and the flat is conveniently located near all amenities (dining options, tourist attractions, nightlife, etc), My friends and I were extremely satisfied and would suggest this to anyone looking to discover Paris from Le Marais

A perfect location and a spacious apartment for 4 people, It is generally pleasant, However, the bathroom could use a proper refresh or a thorough cleaning (shower grout is worn, signs of humidity here and there, sink & toilet not very clean,,), The veranda roof could also benefit from some cleaning (mold and small debris), The closet doors in one of the bedrooms only partially work and the shelves were dusty, These are minor details but they can be annoying, Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and the communication with our host, I highly recommend

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio

Zero communication. Stranded with little children in Paris.

Zero communication from the property owners. They don’t respond to the VRBO app messages, unlike every single owner I’ve ever dealt with. No email communication. The phone number listed is in German. Good luck with that…I ended up being stranded in Paris with little children. Standing there on the sidewalk with nobody answering the phone. I ended up paying an EXORBITANT amount to find a replacement to stay. Paris is a very expensive place to stay when booking the same day. VRBO as a company was responsive and helped me to understand my options. I have no issues with VRBO as a company and will continue to book with confidence on their platform. The property owner needs to resolve their very poor communication with the VRBO system and generally overall. Beyond horrible experience, that cost me way above my budget. I don’t like to give poor reviews, but you should be aware that this needs to be addressed before you book.
