The host was extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. A VRBO was perfectly situated within walking distance to several of the iconic landmarks and restaurants and shopping. The VRBO was quaint and cozy and perfect.

Fabulous location, very comfy space! Great communication w the superb host!I would only wish for better pillows! Lucky to have BVM across the street to pick up new ones….everything was otherwise great! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Thierry’s apartment. Great location with plenty of choices of food and wine bars. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Thierry was fantastic with his communication and directions. Would stay there again

A Refresh would make this ideal

Great location in the Marais. Beds and bedding in need of replacement. I had to buy pillows and cases. Bathroom needs a refresh. Super cute otherwise.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location

Extremely comfortable and well appointed apartment in a great location in the Marais. Beds were very comfortable - probably the best we’ve experienced in a rental apartment in Europe. The communication with the owner and greeter was fast and easy.

Amazing gem

We had a lovely time at this centrally located apartment. It is clean and nicely sized for 3-4 people. The property team was helpful and responsive. Hope to stay again!

This was an amazing apartment! I highly recommend staying here. The location is amazing! Your walking distance from a lot of great cafes and places to eat. Another plus is having the metro close by. You can get around the city in minutes! I would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Paris! Thank you Thierry!

Paris stay May 2023

This flat was a great location for us and very nice. There were 5 of us so we used two bedrooms and a pullout sofa. Lots of restaurants in the area. No elevator and flat is on the third floor (by North American standard). We loved our stay!

Excellent Neighborhood

This is a terrific apartment if you wish to be centrally located in Paris. The metro stop is very close by, and we were able to walk to and from several of our favorite locations. The apartment was very clean, and bag drop off early allowed us to tour day one without luggage. We really enjoyed the neighborhood which has a lively cafe scene close by. The apartment itself was in a relatively quiet street. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a washer and a dryer. Communication with host and concierge all went very well. Would definitely recommend.

Le Marais by Bazar de l'Hotel de Ville

Arrived early after a brutal flight from the west coast of Canada. They cleaned one room and let us crash in it while they cleaned the rest of the unit. Soooooo thankful for that. The location is amazing - in the heart of Le Marais close to shoping, cafes, restaurants, and people watching. We are a family of 4 and we were snug, but not cramped. 11 out of 10.

Paris Perfection!

So many good things to say about this apartment. Firstly, the apartment is EXACTLY like it looks in the pictures. It is not big, but perfectly adequate for our family of 4 who, basically, only slept there. The owner is very organized and the apt has a "manual" with tips about the apartment itself, as well as things to do around town/ how to procure a cab, etc. The location was amazing- very easy access to shopping, Metro, restaurants, the sights, etc. I will most definitely try to book this spot again if I ever get back to Paris.

Le Marais

The apartment looks like the photos. Check in was seamless and the house rules are clearly defined in a manual. The flat is located on the 4th floor and the spiral staircase is steep, so it is not good for people with health issues. We loved the location. It is situated above several bistros so breakfast is easy if you’re not making your own. There are grocery stores close by. The beds were comfortable. The street is lively at night but we did not find the sound bothersome. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Charming apartment in a great location!

We just returned from our trip and stayed in Paris for 6 days. The apartment is wonderfully situated, close to the Metro, the Seine and Notre Dame with many wonderful restaurants and cafes close by. Six of us stayed there and, although the apartment was small, it had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very lively and can be a bit noisy but the double paned windows were very effective in keeping out the noise. Thierry and the host company that checked us in and out were very responsive and welcoming, despite the fact that we arrived very late at night. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Paris.

5 Star Stay

Great third floor flat. Five minutes from the Centre Pompidou off the Rue de Rivoli, this apartment worked well for our family of four. Shops, restaurants and grocery/pharmacy are just seconds away. The team made us feel welcomed, communication was smooth and the flat was clean and prepared upon our arrival. The apartment has separate washer and dryer units - a rarity - that allowed us to pack and travel light, a priority for us. The windows are thick and well sealed. They shut out the late night revelry when we were ready for bed. We highly recommend.

Excellent location

This was the perfect location for a trip to Paris. The neighborhood is beautiful and charming with cafes and shops all around. A Metro was a block away opening up accessibility to all of Paris. The apartment is on the third floor and requires navigating a tight staircase. Good to know if you’re being a lot of heavy luggage. Only down side was a neighbor complaining about noise. I never figured out what they were complaining about, but the owner was understanding.

Enjoyed our stay at Saint-Gervais

We enjoyed our stay at Saint-Gervais. The location was great as it was a short walk to a metro station and Notre Dame. The place was very clean upon arrival and the communication leading up to our stay was great. Our visit to Paris saw warm days (mid 80s) which set us up for a bit of a hot stay in the flat. We did our best to utilize the one working fan and use the open windows to move air through the unit, but it did make for a warm night of rest. There are great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, which was a plus. Conversely, that can also make for a loud evening in the unit with all of the windows open on a warm summer night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again during a cooler time of the year.

Perfect location to explore Paris

The good: perfect location, walkable anywhere, near metro, cafes downstairs. Apartment is small but has everything including washer and dryer, two bedrooms with comfy beds. Laura, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive (best to download WhatsApp and communicate that way). Good WiFi The not so good: lots of stairs (52 to be exact) normal in Paris but would be difficult if you have any physical disability and made lugging luggage a little challenging; could use some additional provisions- we had to buy garbage bags (left us only 1), toilet paper (two tiny rolls for a week?), and only two hand towels and two tiny bath towels (we did a load of laundry midweek to accommodate). Overall a great place to spend time in Paris!

very central location, which is a plus and a minus

the flat is well equipped, nicely decorated and the mattresses are surprisingly good . The location is extremely central which makes it one of the noisiest corners of Paris (!). The insulating double glazed windows keep the noise out - but it means it is hardly possible to open them, which makes the flat very hot and stuffy in summer . Otherwise a very nice, efficient host, super information on everything and he gives good Paris recommendations - easy check in and of course the central location at the Hotel de Ville - is very practical for a Paris visit. We liked it - although some things could easily be improved.

In The Heart Of Paris

Property is extremely well located in the heart of old Paris. Easy walking to most of the major attractions in a Paris, and for those that don’t like walking, a major metro station is one block away. Although there is no elevator (which is common in the heart of the Marais), the stairs are more than manageable, even for our 77 year old friend. The apartment is on the small side by American standards, but on the larger size for being in the Marais district. We found the 500 square foot apartment comfortable as the space is extremely well laid out. It even has a washer and dryer which made it very convenient for our longer stay in Europe. What was really nice about the apartment was the heavy double pane windows that did an amazing job of blocking out the noise of the cafe lined street. Overall a great choice for your next stay in Paris.

Very nice stay in the Marais

I would highly recommend this property for a couple or small family wanting to explore Paris. We had a fantastic time, and the property manager was very nice to deal with. We also stayed in the 7th and the Marais was much more charming and walkable. Pros: -Two real bedrooms with comfortable beds. We didn't use the pull-out couch, but for 4 people it was all we needed. -A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. -Excellent / responsive property management. -Quiet building in a walkable neighborhood with every amenity and close to the Metro. -Very convenient to have the washer and dryer, which worked well. To be aware of: - Apartment is on the third floor (US 4th floor) and there is no elevator. It might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues or if you have brought too much luggage. - The kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side. The shower was usable, but quite tight.

Excellent solution in a perfect location

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. The house is perfectly located to see the wonderful Marais (Place de Vosges is really wonderful) and to visit the whole Paris (the Metro station "Hotel de Ville" is only 2 minutes far from the house, Ile de la Citè is 5 minutes walk from the house), having a thousand options for restaurant, bistrot, cafe and brasseries practically "door to door" and in front of the wonderful Bazar de l'Hotel de Ville for those who are looking for shopping. Excellent the 2 bedrooms, with 2 very comfortable beds; the house has everything you need also for having breakfast or dinner at home; the bathroom is small but it's ok. The house is on the 3rd floor (stairs not so beautiful). Check-in, procedures and check-out easily assolved, without any problems. Excellent communication with the owner and with concierge. A great solution for some days in Paris! Thank you!
