Joffrey's place was exactly as described: conveniently located near public transportation, clean, and spacious enough for my partner and I to stay comfortably for a few days, The TV with Netflix was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings, The only drawback could be that the main window faces a small interior courtyard instead of the street, However, there is a skylight above the bed that provides additional natural light,

well located clean well equipped apartment there is everything you need, just one thing to consider the neighbor of the CheckMyGuest apartment on the landing who is there for several months lives at night so a lot of coming and going at night doors slamming several times in the night and very early in the morning when he comes back between 4am and 6am, music at night, he speaks loudly on the phone at night, etc,,, we hear everything since his studio is attached, so complicated at this level to sleep, if not everything else is OK, very good communication with the host comfortable bed, everything you need for cooking,

A rather positive assessment as the apartment matches the description, Very convenient in terms of public transport as well, However, it is important to keep in mind that it is very poorly soundproofed so the level of quietness depends on the people occupying the neighboring accommodations, It overlooks the courtyard where the garbage containers are kept, which can be noisy around 5 a,m, There is a very limited amount of dishes, There is no natural light as the skylight is not accessible, These are inconveniences that personally did not bother me as I did not eat in the apartment and I was not there during the day, Also, the neighbors were quiet,

Stayed for 6 days with my kid on our spring break trip to Paris. Wanted to experience The Parisian apartments. Keep in mind endo of March/early April still cold out. So I prepared for early check in. Arrived at 1 pm and what do I see? Room is super cold no heat whatsoever. Black garbage bag with previous tenant dirty sheets is laying on the floor . Floor is super cold, entire apartment is cold. Tried to figure out heating situation. Electric heater didn't work. Had to email the management company.got response that they contacted local Paris contractor. Heard some people outside decided to talk to them. The lady apparently the one who either cleans it or a.suoer to entire building ( I was not clear about it). So she got that bag out and told us she'll bring working heater and extra blankets. We left to tour around Paris. Came back around 8 . Heater was there. Had to wait to warm the place up. Texted her about blankets. Didn't hear back until 930. The delivery guy brought it around 1045pm ( we went to sleep in our clothes) . Bathroom had a moldy smell and molds around toilet and ceiling. Sink didn't drain well. Poor lighting condition. One lamp didn't work Shelf was broken. Squeaky bed( every turn you wake up). Poor noice isolation ( every activity outside feels like is happening next to you in the room) also train( floor vibrates). Pros location, near 2 metro lines, walking distance to Montmartre, near stores pharmacy markets restaurants. I have photos if needed..
