To clarify, the apartment is located within a residential building, and the entrance is accessed via the courtyard where the building’s bins are currently placed. We would like to note that you were able to access the apartment; however, your review does not reflect the apartment itself, which is accurately presented in the listing and maintained to a high standard, as confirmed by many of our previous guests. Regarding your concern about safety, no specific incident was reported during your visit. The comment appears to be based on a personal impression of the surrounding environment rather than any issue related to the property itself. That said, we understand that first impressions matter, and we are currently in contact with the building management to improve the entrance area.
