I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect – close to everything I needed and situated in a great area. Clean and modern. What truly made the experience exceptional was the communication with the owners. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind throughout my stay, which made me feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with outstanding hospitality. The only suggestion I’d make is to consider adding a second toilet in the main bathroom, which would make the space even more convenient.

Delightful stay in lovely apartment

Easy for us to check in! Great location near Notre dame, subways, great restaurants…. Easy check out. Sufficient space for a family - with space for evening card games, easy to get out and about. Would happily stay here again.

The room is lovely, beds are comfortable, and location is ideally situated with plenty of food, metro access, and walking to Notre Dame and St Chapelle. Checkin was somewhat confusing with numerous people trying to communicate with us through several different connections (phone, email, whats app), but we figured it out. We did pay for early checkin by 1pm, confirmed this ahead of time, and again once we arrived in the morning, but we did not have access until after 2:30pm. This was a little disappointing as the luggage lockers near by were all full. Additionally, I will caution others, the pictures portray a beautiful luxury bathroom, yet you will only find it at the bottom of a very steep, narrow set of stairs with no hand rail. Small children or those with accessibility concerns (I myself suffered a sprained ankle and did not like trying to go down the stairs) should confirm the function of the main floor shower. This would not be a concern at all since the apartment also has a very lovely shower on the main level, except during our stay the main floor shower’s temperature nob was broken. We reported it and they indicated that it was escalated to management so hopefully this will be a non-issue for other guests. I will say, they did not attempt to rectify the issue while we were there, but our stay was only 4 days. Perhaps too short to get maintenance out? I will give them the benefit of the doubt in this. Over all, beyond the confusing checkin, getting charged for early checkin that didn’t happen, and the shower issue, the apartment itself and location is lovely.

Terrible management, nice apartment

The apartment is pleasant and clean but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the fact that we arrived having been messaged by three different people all claiming to be the person checking us in. There was no one there and none of them answered their phones. We then went to the ‘key cafe’ and were told the code was incorrect and there was no key for us. Eventually we got through to the helpline who then gave us an entirely different code and we were able to collect the key. By this point however we had been standing in the rain in the dark for more than an hour. I think it will be fine if you arrive during the day but at night it was awful. A shame as other than the shower flooding the bathroom, it was a very nice apartment.
