Having batteries already in the TV remote was a nice touch. The internet stayed reliable, which helped me complete work in the workspace set aside. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and a dishwasher, making cooking and cleaning hassle-free. Both a shower and bathtub were available in the bathroom.

There are steep, narrow stairs with no hand rail, precariously located at the top of the entrance to one of the bedrooms, in order to get to the luxurious shower and bathtub pictured, but everything was as depicted otherwise and was clean and mostly quiet. The location is outstanding. People are all friendly and you could not want for better food surrounding the area.

Delightful stay in lovely apartment

Easy for us to check in! Great location near Notre dame, subways, great restaurants…. Easy check out. Sufficient space for a family - with space for evening card games, easy to get out and about. Would happily stay here again.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, close to Metro and walking distance to Notre Dame and other major sites. Second bathroom is down a steep set of stairs by itself but very nice. The apartment is ground floor and looks out into courtyards so there is not a lot of light or any view. On the other hand, it is very quiet and the two bedroom and two bath set up is good for four people. There is a full doubt in the sitting area, but the sitting area consists of only a couch and a television and coffee table. It could use some more chairs. The kitchen is quite good, although the dishwasher didn’t work for us, but hopefully they fixed it. They were unable to get it repaired during our one week stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect – close to everything I needed and situated in a great area. Clean and modern. What truly made the experience exceptional was the communication with the owners. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind throughout my stay, which made me feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with outstanding hospitality. The only suggestion I’d make is to consider adding a second toilet in the main bathroom, which would make the space even more convenient.

Terrible management, nice apartment

The apartment is pleasant and clean but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the fact that we arrived having been messaged by three different people all claiming to be the person checking us in. There was no one there and none of them answered their phones. We then went to the ‘key cafe’ and were told the code was incorrect and there was no key for us. Eventually we got through to the helpline who then gave us an entirely different code and we were able to collect the key. By this point however we had been standing in the rain in the dark for more than an hour. I think it will be fine if you arrive during the day but at night it was awful. A shame as other than the shower flooding the bathroom, it was a very nice apartment.

The room is lovely, beds are comfortable, and location is ideally situated with plenty of food, metro access, and walking to Notre Dame and St Chapelle. Checkin was somewhat confusing with numerous people trying to communicate with us through several different connections (phone, email, whats app), but we figured it out. We did pay for early checkin by 1pm, confirmed this ahead of time, and again once we arrived in the morning, but we did not have access until after 2:30pm. This was a little disappointing as the luggage lockers near by were all full. Additionally, I will caution others, the pictures portray a beautiful luxury bathroom, yet you will only find it at the bottom of a very steep, narrow set of stairs with no hand rail. Small children or those with accessibility concerns (I myself suffered a sprained ankle and did not like trying to go down the stairs) should confirm the function of the main floor shower. This would not be a concern at all since the apartment also has a very lovely shower on the main level, except during our stay the main floor shower’s temperature nob was broken. We reported it and they indicated that it was escalated to management so hopefully this will be a non-issue for other guests. I will say, they did not attempt to rectify the issue while we were there, but our stay was only 4 days. Perhaps too short to get maintenance out? I will give them the benefit of the doubt in this. Over all, beyond the confusing checkin, getting charged for early checkin that didn’t happen, and the shower issue, the apartment itself and location is lovely.

AC didn’t work and the entire place smelled like something had died. Manager called and said they would send someone over to look at AC and bring a few fans. We returned after dinner and it was just as hot. We stayed in a hotel. We returned next day to see if it was cooler and it was not. We needed up staying our entire stay at a hotel. The manager - Mo - said he’d call next day to follow up and he never did. There was email correspondence and they said they would see what our options were and they never got back to us. There was no follow up from anyone and it was hotter inside than out. We needed to be refunded as we couldn’t have possibly stayed there.
