Great location, loved the local cafes! The only issue was the loud music from the nightclub below, with no a/c we had to have windows open which was cool enough at night but the noise went all night long.

Love staying here - fantastic location and comfort

This was our second stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic. Many restaurants and cute shops nearby. The apartment is clean, well appointed and includes all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 during our first visit to Paris. The location was ideal for walking to many sites or catching the metro. We adored the neighborhood and visited many of the local cafes. The apartment was as advertised, and the communication with the host was excellent. The stairs to the apartment were a bit challenging with heavy luggage (this was part of a much longer trip for us), but we managed!

Excellent family apartment in perfect location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Maikel's apartment on Rue Mouffetard. The location is excellent with countless local shops and restaurants of all cuisines to explore, while still being very easily accessible to all the major sites in Paris. Communication was excellent throughout our stay.

Great apartment in fun location

My family enjoyed this apartment for touring London. It is walkable to easy and pleasant to access big sites like Notre Dame by either walking or taking the Metro. The neighborhood has lots of vibrant charm and restaurants. The apartment is perfectly clean and furnished. The owners have good communication. The stairs are very steep, narrow, and uneven which was totally fine for my active family.

Perfect Location!

This spot was perfect! There were so many great restaurants and shops close by and we easily walked most places we wanted to go, or jumped on the metro. The apartment was a little tight for our family of 5, but we wouldn’t have traded it because of the location. It was clean and well maintained too!

Very cute, renovated apartment

My family of 6 (2 adults, 3 children, and 1 grandma) spent 2 nights in this lovely apartment, which has been renovated and is quite modern with higher-end appliances. The location is amazing, just being a short walk to the Pantheon. The host provided detailed and timely communication, making checking in a breeze.

So perfect for a Paris adventure!

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in! Neat as a pin. The perfect size for our family of five. Loved the vibe of the neighborhood - mostly out of the way of tourist hubbub yet still very accessible to all the best areas. So many great cafes and bistros within steps of the front door. Host was responsive and friendly. Just an awesome, awesome place!

3days in Paris

It was absolutely lovely. The location was phenomenal, close to many great restaurants and shops. We were worried about potential noise given that it is a busy part of town but we actually heard nothing at all. Maikel was a great host and responded to all messages very timely. Would definitely book again.

Fab apartment - great location!

The communication for our visit was the best we have ever experienced and the location and accommodation perfect for us. Do be mindful though the stairs are steep and the accommodation is up four floors! There is no air con also so we were very warm (although there were multiple effect fans available). We would return in a heartbeat.

Very responsive host

Overall the location of this property was perfect for us, and the host was extremely responsive to questions and issues, often within minutes. This is somewhat rare, in my experience! The only downside of the layout of the apartment is that the central space (sitting area, dining area, kitchen) does not have any windows - all of the window light must stream through the bedrooms to reach the center area. It didn't matter to us because we did not spend much daytime in the apartment, but it's something to note if natural light is important to you.

Lovely apartment

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this nice and clean apartment. The kitchen is modest, but functional for quick meals. We had small issues with the washing machine not working, and difficulty getting some of the windows to shut fully (they weren’t shut when we arrived as well, so not sure if this is an ongoing issue). Our communication with the property manager left something to be desired as when I asked about getting the washer fixed, the suggestion was that we drain the hose and if that doesn’t work contact the manufacturer or a technician. I hope they resolve these issues, because it was a cute apartment in a great (lively at night) neighborhood.

Amazing location!!

We had an absolute amazing stay here! The apartment is located in a very charming and large plaza filled with amazing restaraunts and shops! You can walk right out your door to many things in Paris! The apartment is very spacious, modern, clean and fairly quiet. Plenty of room for a family of 5. A couple things to keep in mind... it's located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator... so LOTS of steep stairs. Also, there is NO A/C!! It was very hot when we visited and the apartment didn't cool down, we were a not miserable sleeping, but that is very typical for Europe... not many apartments have A/C! Other than those two things... it was FABULOUS!

Beware!!! Photos are not representative of property

Please be aware that this property is sub-par. Unfortunately this is the worst rental experience I have ever had and can't believe it is even allowed to be listed on the rental site. Be prepared to climb 82 very tiny, steep steps that won't fit your entire foot. Also be prepared that unless you have the bedroom doors open, there is no light in the sitting area/kitchen. The towels appear to be decades old. The advertised photos are very different from the property itself, which has been stripped of all staged items and better resembles a prison cell with the most minimal of items. The manager is unreachable-even after multiple attempts. We had to contact the rental company emergency number to get the owner's contact information and the owner was NOT AT ALL helpful. Stay at your own risk. If I could give it less than a one-star rating, I would. Ruined our Paris vacation - we had to go find a hotel instead. Absolutely awful.

Perfect apartment for family with teens!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Paris. We have 3 teens (17, 17, and 16) and it was the perfect space for us with 3 separate bedrooms. Girls slept in bunk beds, son slept in double bed, and my husband and I had own bedroom with attached bathroom. In living space is separate WC and another shower/toilet. The apartment does require walking up narrow winding staircase to 4th floor. With luggage, it was difficult but teens handled it with no problem. The location is awesome! Off the square with loads of charming and delicious restaurants with outdoor seating near or in the Latin District/5th Arr. We ate at Place de la Contrescarpe 2x it was so good. We easily walked to Pantheon, Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, Seine, etc. Walked home after our Thursday night visit to Orsay and only took 40 minutes from even there! The property manager, Maikel, was very responsive and offered tips for restaurants, cafes, etc. Maikel also left emergency number for Dylan which we had to call when we couldn't figure out key box upon arrival late at night and Dylan cleverly FaceTimed me to walk me through how to find the key box. If we get a chance to return to Paris with our teens, we will definitely stay here again!
