Apartment was a great size for our family of 4. Location was good, communication leading up to the reservation was good and the AC was wonderful. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work correctly and the water heater stopped working several times (not welcome mid-shower!). In addition leaky pipes in the front bathroom made the room stink.

Nice size apartment but with some issues: be advised that entry instructions don't mention the need of a key fob to open the front door; the hot water turned off intermitantly and required multiple re-sets of the heating unit to complete a shower; the remote control of the AC in the front bedroom not working properly, needs programming; bathrooms could improve with addition of towel racks and clothes hooks. Issues aside the unit is pleasant and the location is great for a holiday. Terrific boulangerie and croissant shop near by.

Awesome prime location, nice clean, roomy apartment. I would stay here again! The only negatives were having to reset the water heater numerous times & the pictures/instructions should be updated to enter the actual apartment (picture 6 that was provided) there’s no need to push intercom on the left like the picture instructed. Instead it should explain to tap the key fob to the right. This took us a bit to figure out since we were trying to follow the detailed pictures that were included.

Great location and good space for our family of 4. Communication was solid leading up to the reservation, and booking early check-in and late check-out was easy enough. Modern appliances and AC made our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the dryer wasn’t working and the owner/manager didn’t make an effort to fix it, but we found laundry racks. In addition the water heater crapped several times, which really wasn’t fun mid-shower. And the pipes in the first bathroom leaked and left the room mildewy. Last feedback is around clothing storage: there’s very little space to hang or fold/put away clothes. The only armoire in the unit was looked.

Check-in needs to be improved - the instructions for entering the building did not include instructions for using the key fob. It was only by chance that another tenant was leaving at the time I was trying to enter that I found out about the key fob. The hot water heater has a problem with staying on. The reset button needs to be continuosly pushed in order for the heater to work. This needs to be fixed. Overall the air conditioning was great but the remote control for the front bedroom was not working. Instructions for the remote would be helpful. The bathrooms need clothes hooks and towel racks.

Excellent location & apartment. Air conditioning worked well, WiFi worked all but 1 day. The only issues were the water heater turns off but you can easily reset it & the check in process photos provided to enter actual apartment were not current

First, the directions for check in were wrong so we could not get into the building. We tried to call the numbers provided for assistance but could not get through to anyone. I even messaged through the VRBO app and received a reply back on the day we left (5 days later). The only reason we got into the building was because we watched someone else enter. There was a loud buzzing in the front bedroom that went off every 5-10 minutes. Once again I tried to contact the host for help with no response. We discovered that the tankless water heater wasn’t working so we figured out how to fix it ourselves since we had zero communication with our other problems. Also, 5 people stayed there for 5 nights and we were provided 3 half rolls of toilet paper. I would not recommend staying at this apartment.

Zunächst einmal waren die Wegbeschreibungen für den Zugang zur Wohnung fehlerhaft. Wir konnten weder ins Gebäude gelangen noch jemanden erreichen, der uns hätte helfen können. Ich rief beide angegebenen Telefonnummern an und schickte auch eine Nachricht über VRBO, erhielt aber erst fünf Tage später, kurz vor unserer Abreise, eine Antwort. Wir kamen nur ins Gebäude, indem wir zusahen, wie jemand anderes hineinging, während wir mit unserem Gepäck draußen standen und uns fragten, was wir tun sollten. Außerdem gab es im vorderen Schlafzimmer etwa alle fünf Minuten ein summendes Geräusch, das uns nachts wach hielt. Ich kontaktierte den Gastgeber erneut um Hilfe, erhielt aber keine Antwort. Wir stellten auch fest, dass der Durchlauferhitzer nicht funktionierte, aber da hatten wir uns schon nicht mehr an den Gastgeber gewandt, sondern selbst recherchiert, wie wir ihn reparieren konnten. Wir waren zu fünft für fünf Nächte in der Wohnung und bekamen nur drei halbe Rollen Toilettenpapier. Der allgemeine Mangel an Hilfe und die gravierenden Probleme mit der Wohnung machten unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr unangenehm.
