The property is in a good location and after some initial difficulty reaching the property agency, communication was smooth. The apartment is not beachfront as represented in the description but is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The air conditioning was great. The furniture in the living room was very dirty. The couch was covered in stains and had holes in it; a pullout ottoman was also very stained. The headboards were not attached to anything and kept falling over. One of the beds had no mattress cover, there was only a flat sheet wrapped loosely around the mattress. The cupboards had broken and chipped glasswear and dishes in them and there were only a couple of each. It was fine for a couple nights but I would not stay here again.

This stay was absolutely delightful and definitely worth the price, The apartment is a bit on the smaller side, but it boasts 2 lovely bedrooms and ample kitchen space, It's not exactly a 1,5 bathroom as advertised, but rather a 1 bathroom divided into two sections - one with a shower and sink, and the other with a toilet,The location is fantastic, Just a 5-10 minute walk to the train station, providing easy access to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and more, There's a small convenience store nearby, as well as a grocery store a few blocks away, We also discovered a charming bakery close by offering delicious breakfast options,The hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to assist us, Despite our late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, they made arrangements for us to pick up the apartment key at the nearby convenience store, One minor hiccup on our first night was the lack of sufficient bedding - no sheets or blankets were provided for the pullout beds, and one of the bedrooms was missing a comforter, However, when we requested additional bedding the following day, the hosts promptly delivered extra blankets and sheets within a few hours,All in all, this accommodation is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to explore the coastal towns, It served as an excellent home base for our travels,

The apartment is well located however it is not “beachfront”. This place could be great but it needs an upgrade. The furniture in the living room is filthy. The coach has holes in it and the cushions are very stained. The cupboards had broken dishes and glasses in them and were very sparsely equipped. One of the beds had no mattress cover, just a flat sheet wrapped around the bare mattress.
