Very spacious open plan living. You won't feel on top of each other here. And a clear view to the salt water pool and patio.
Easy access to amenities. Shops, market, gym, beach, parks, shops and restaurants.
Hop on provided bicycles to really take in the surrounding area.
Lots of books, tv, wifi, table football, rings, games and a mini gym machine.
attic bedroom has 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. And separate bathroom/shower.
Located just 20 min stroll along the canal to beach front.
Mingle with the lovely local neighbours. Take the river taxi to Fethiye. Better still, get it in the evening on the way home to enjoy the stunning sunsets over Fethiye bay. Beautiful.
When in season, enjoy the fruits of the garden. Pomegranate, orange, lemons, grapefruit, raspberries and especially the delicious cactus fruit.
Swimming pool will be open 1st May to 31st october. Closed over winter

I came to Fethiye for a wedding in 2001. Fell in love with the area.
And with the help of good friends, built Villa Mavi.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Villa Mavi is unique in its design. Which had input from Turks, Irish and Spanish. It was the first villa built in the area. While all around it was still marshland. Just one other little house around the corner, where lovely neighbours live, growing their fruit and veg.
It's unique in that it's tucked away among the friendly locals, in a quiet area. But walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
It's very spacious. And anyone who stayed have said they love it so much in the villa, they tend to enjoy more time there than going out during the day.
