Casa recién remodelada en el centro de la ciudad. Sé el primero en alojarte en nuestra casa de vacaciones. Calle tranquila, cerca de todo lo divertido en AZ. A poca distancia de la cafetería de Randy, precios razonables y buena comida.

Enjoyable stay, awesome location

Near the park with a lake, playground and a the long Scottsdale walking/biking path that we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was nice and comfortable and met what we needed. The landlord is good about communicating as well.

Wonderful Stay in Scottsdale

Husband and I stayed in this lovely home for a few days. Great location with easy access to the main highway. Quiet and short drives to grocers, restaurants and casinos. Loved having a washer/dryer on-site and keeping our car in the garage overnight. Home away from home. Would definitely stay here for our next visit.

Spring training trip

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of space for each adult to have a bed and the back yard space was wonderful. The only thing missing was some kitchen items and basic needs, like pens and paper. We loved the large kitchen and table area for our morning breakfast and evening games! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to celebrate Thanksgiving

We visited over thanksgiving. The only complaint I would have is that there wasn't a hairdryer there and the hot water did not work in the sink in one of the bathrooms. Other than that found the place to be clean and nicely furnished to meet our needs. I would recommend and would stay there again.

I'm sorry about the hairdryer. The last guest took it out of the unit. We checked all bathrooms regarding the hot water and did not find any issues. Thanks for the feedback. I would recommend notifying the owner during your next stay it will allow us to fix these issues right away.

The beds, pillows and furniture were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were plentiful and nice quality.The kitchen supplies, however, were less than ideal. While there were plenty of pots and pans for the stovetop, there was nothing that could be used in the oven—not even a single cookie sheet. There was also a lack of any containers or wrap to store leftover food, which was inconvenient.We were also disappointed with the supply of toilet paper. The two bathrooms each had only a half roll, and just one bathroom had a spare new roll. For a house that sleeps six and a five-night stay, this felt inadequate. We arrived the night before Thanksgiving, and the last thing we wanted to do on Thanksgiving Day was search for an open store to buy toilet paper.With the addition of a couple of cookie sheets, basic food storage items, and a more adequate supply of toilet paper, this property would be a 5-star stay.

We’re sorry to hear that your expectations were not met. When you notified us of the shortage, we responded immediately and had 16 rolls of toilet paper and 4 rolls of paper towels delivered within 24 hours. The home is stocked to comfortably support the vast majority of guests. While we aim to provide a well-equipped kitchen, it is not realistic to anticipate every possible cooking preference, from gourmet meals to full barbecues. That said, we are always happy to address reasonable requests when brought to our attention. We take guest feedback seriously and continuously work to improve, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how quickly the issue was resolved.

This house is in an excellent location near Rt 10 and 202 for zipping to the airport, to hiking and Scottsdale restaurants. Grocery store one block away. The property manager, Kari, was very responsive to our needs. Our family enjoyed our visit to Phoenix.

Delightful home with wonderful nearby park.

We had a deligthful stay in this home. My wife and I are walkers, so we made good use of the nearby Chapparral Park with its ponds and walking paths as well as the easily walkable Basha's grocery and Renegade coffee/sandwich shop. The home was comfortable and spacious for us. It does need more cooking/baking utensils, pans, etc. Easy to pick up a few items at the nearby Target and Walmart. The home location is an easy drive to so many restaurants and shops in the area. Great choice.

Not maintained well

Burned out lights kitchen, laundry, elsewhere. Dishwasher just throws food all around, does not actually clean. Electronic locks had dead batteries. The owner seems to take no interest in this property. The manager was helpful but with owner there is only so much she can do.

A little disappointed

While this house has been nicely remodeled, it could use some improvements here and there. For the nightly price, it falls short in several areas when compared to others in the area. The kitchen is not stocked very well for cooking meals for the family. There are no mixing or serving bowls, no food storage containers. The utensils and plates look like they've been gathered from a thrift store as they're all mismatched. The master bedroom is spacious, but there is no dresser for your clothes. The property manager told us the room is too small, which is 100% not true. The cables and box for the TV just hang down the wall, with the weight of them causing it to become disconnected regularly. Communicating with the property manager is a little challenging and slow. For some reason she doesn't monitor the VRBO messaging, but expects you to text via cell phone. That is unfortunate because any communication off-platform is not seen by VRBO customer service, so cannot be referenced if you have any problems or filing a claim. Overall, not a terrible experience, we just expected more from a place in this price range.

Hi Danny,, I am sorry you were not 100% happy with your stay. I did respond to your message through VRBO under 18 hours. I also sent you a text as it was the weekend and I was out and about a bit and wanted to be readily available to assist you right away with any needs. I had mention no one has ever asked for storage containers for food and that I would have some purchased and dropped off to the house for you along with any other needs you might like. You had said you already purchased them. The dishes and pans were just purchased new about a year ago as a few were broken from a prior tenant and we wanted to have a new set. Thank you for letting me know about the TV connection, we will take a look at this right away.

Adequate home, but close to park and Old Scottsdale

This property does sleep 6, but layout is not ideal for 6 adults. Living room seating only seats 4, and room is very narrow so you have limited options for any other arrangements (we had to bring in 2 chairs from kitchen to seat all 6 of us). Property was missing a few amenities (no hair dryer, only 3 coffee cups) and needed a little maintenance (towel bar missing, another one loose, drain in main bathroom sink was very slow), but host stated that the home had been fully booked since December so he had not had time before our stay to fix. We did enjoy daily walks in the large and beautiful park at the end of the street, and Old Scottsdale and groceries, restaurants were a short drive away.

Great location and quiet neighborhood

The house was great for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). The Check-in process was easy. There is a lemon tree and an orange tree in the backyard which was fun! The property manager was very responsive once the correct person was located (VRBO Issue). There are only 2 TVs in the house which are in the living room and primary room. The sun porch has a pull-out couch which would be a nice added bonus for someone. The yard was large for the kids to play. Close to grocery stores, old town, and the 101. The desk in the kitchen was nice for work time.

Siblings Thanksgiving

We were 5 adults staying together and hosting Thanksgiving. The house lays out great for a family, the location can't be beat and Steve was very helpful. There are even a fig and citrus trees in the yard! My Sister-in-law loved doing her morning exercise on the turf in the backyard. Other reviewers remarked on the kitchen not being stocked for cooking for a family and that is the case. Fortunately we were able to borrow things from other family in the area.

Great backyard

Some things needed repair (garage door and light, clogged master sink) but landlord was able to provide solution during stay. Good size house and large backyard with artificial grass was great for kids.

Good value near the greenway

We stayed here for a winter training trip. It was a good location near the greenway and we felt it was a great value for a place near old town scottsdale.

Great location

The house has an excellent location - very close to the Downtown area and the various hiking trails Scottsdale has to offer. It is also a short walk to a Chaperal park which has a great playground for kids and an outdoor pool. The house was very comfortable and the property management were extremely responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale and hope to return again soon.

Perfect for what we needed!

We had a group of 7 and we all felt that we had our own space. The kitchen area was very spacious and everyone was able to find a chair or couch space to watch the super bowl! They were also very responsive when we had questions or concerns.
