Welcome to this beautifully updated and decorated 3 bed, 2 bath ranch home located smack in the middle of all of the Scottsdale action. The home is located just 3.5 miles from world famous shopping district of old town Scottsdale, 4 miles from the Desert Botanical Gardens, 1 mile to Eldorado Park and 12 minutes to Sky Harbor airport.

The home was completely remodeled in 2021 boasting quartz counters, upgraded appliances, showers and flooring. It features a large "Arizona" room where you can sip coffee, play games and enjoy our sunny days. The home has everything to make you feel at home – speedy 1GB WiFi, large flat screen TV (with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels), washer and dryer, well-equipped full kitchen and tableware. Oh, and you can't beat our amazing neighbors in this quiet street off the path, but still close to everything.

The mattresses of varying firmness and high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home.

We truly enjoyed out stay here. The house was a great size for our group of 4, great space and a large kitchen to host dinner. Great location centrally located for not just Old Town but all the surrounding areas. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was always very responsive anytime we needed anything and was very responsive to our feedback. We truly enjoyed out stay and plan on staying at one of their units again next time we are down.

House was clean and in a quiet area. Washing machine broke on our last day, host was quick to have someone check it and hook us up with a nearby laundry service. Took the stress out of a stressful situation.

The hosts were easy to get a hold of and they replied quickly. The home is very nice and in a quiet neighbourhood. We did not see or hear the long term renter who was there.

Hot tub was low on water and pretty yellow/cloudy. We opted to not get in it. Contacted the manager a few times with a hopeful fix, but it never happened in 6 days. Place was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house shares a wall with a studio apartment with a tenant. Didn't have any issues or even see them. No issues, just wasn't clear on the listing. Overall we had a nice stay and the property managers really seem to seek to provide a nice place. Hot tub was our only issue, but our stay was over the holidays so maybe a service person wasn't available...

Perfect Stay

I had an excellent stay. The hosts are helpfuk and super responsive. The house is clean, spacious and thoughtfully stocked with the simple necessities you need. The hot tub was perfect after a long trail race and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and in a great location. Will absolutely book again for future trips.

Very cute home, with everything needed to make you feel comfortable. The beds were great, and the kitchen was clean and well atocked with diahes, pots, and pans.

Perfect location. Convenient access to freeways.

This was a really nice home. We especially liked that our extended family was able to stay in the studio next to the house. Wish there had been a barbeque grill to use. The pots and pans were not that great. Need to upgrade those. Other than that the place was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun little cozy home

Everything is great except the connected studio tenant told us to be quiet around 1130. However it was just the one time and it was great other than that.

Beautiful Home

The house is very bright and well-maintained. Everything upgraded with quality work. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. Plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was a big plus too! The house is more beautiful than what shows in the pictures on the Website. The location of the house is perfect to old town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Stadium, freeway access and close to Phoenix Airport. The host was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was fine. Next time we are in Scottsdale, we will be staying at this house again.

Very Clean and Comfortable House

This house was good and had everything that you would need available to you. Internet was fast and reliable. Realizing that there was an attached separate studio was a bit of a surprise upon arriving. If the person staying in the studio was considerate you wouldn't even notice that they were there. However if they are not it could make the stay a bit difficult. The owner and property manager are very attentive and communicate promptly to resolve any issues.

Studio apartment is attached

The images of the home are not completely accurate, there is also a studio attached to this home via a door in the dining room (not shown in images) our family was just talking in the living room and the neighbor had banged on the wall telling us to shut the F up.

Scottsdale home

This home is in an excellent location. Minutes from anything you may want to do. Whenever anyone books a property they look for # of bedrooms, types of beds and # of bathrooms. Complete transparency is needed. We arrived to find the one bedroom to have 3 beds, all attached. It was suppose to be 2 unattached single twins. This had been listed this way since November of 2023. Apparently the owners never step foot on the property or review their listing. We had been in the house for almost 2 weeks before the landscapers came to cut the grass. I understand that this would be on a weekly, biweekly schedule. The grass was over 8 inches high, The hot tub needed maintenance and the washing machine and the fridge ice maker need repair. The caretaker apologized and helped us make the best of it. There were no apologies from management, just a virtual agent. It would be nice to have a BBQ grill, but I was told that would not be available. The only meal preparation is the microwave, stovetop and oven. The kitchen could use an airfryer and other kitchen conveniences. They emphasize their coffee bar which is great! It is a beautiful house but just needs extra maintenance.

You are not renting entire house, someone may be staying with you in converted garage!

When we arrived a young lady arrived at the same time. She said she would be staying with us. This caused a lot of confusion initially. We thought the property had been double booked until she found a side door where she made entry. This could be an uncomfortable situation for some. As soon as we walked in the house we were met with a large odor of marijuana. We let the property manager know and ventilated the house. The odor dissipated after several hours. The house is in a nice and safe neighborhood . It has a good location and is close to a lot of restaurants. The house was fairly clean. The hot tub is only a two person hot tub, and can’t hold a proper temperature when the lid is taken off. The temperature started dropping within 20 minutes of opening and continued to drop until it became uncomfortably cool. The washer and dryer are on the outside patio. This is not a huge deal, just realize that they are not in a temperature controlled environment. We had a plumbing issue, which the property manager was receptive to, and promptly corrected. Overall our stay was fine, we were met with more difficulties than we are accustomed to when booking a VRBO property.

The family that stayed was a single Mom with young children and when we booked, we had no idea that the house is actually shared with a single man! It caused a very uncomfortable situation when she opened a door, thinking it was the pantry and discovered it opened into this man's room. Definitely not ok. I would not recommend staying here unless you are good with a stranger sharing the house with you.
