The modern kitchen and dining area, located on the lower ground floor, is fully equipped with all essentials, including cookware, crockery, and a coffeemaker, as well as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Brighton Pier and the seafront are a ten minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly perfect location.
