This is what I wrote to the host:Good day Valeria,Thank you for your response regarding your email dated February 16th.I would like to find a different apartment and accept your offer of a 100% reimbursement, less the cost of two nights and the cleaning fee.The apartment was advertised as a “recently renovated apartment with amazing views.” Unfortunately, the renovation aspect does not reflect the actual condition of the property.You mentioned that on February 15th the cleaning lady informed you of a crack in the bathroom sink. However, the crack clearly shows signs of having been there for quite some time. It appears this issue existed prior to our booking and was not disclosed.Regarding the bathroom in general:There is no shelf or space inside the shower to place shampoo or soap.There is only one little towel rack and no additional hangers.More concerning are the black spots in the corners and behind the silicone grouting on the floor. This may indicate mold, which could present potential health concerns.Additionally:The balcony door lock and bottom latch are in very poor condition. The bolt scrapes across the floor with a loud noise.The utility closet where the hot water boiler is located is in disarray.The power outlets near the couch are not functioning, although all fuses are active, which renders the floor lamp unusable.The electrical service box cannot be properly closed, allowing dust and dirt to accumulate inside.Overall, the apartment d
