Enjoy a private pool, hot tub, and sauna—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The open-plan living area, complete with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests.



After a day of exploring, return to the barn to unwind in the hot tub, take a dip in the pool, or enjoy a sauna session. Perfect for a countryside retreat with easy access to the Norfolk coastline and local attractions!



The Space:

Every room is equipped with underfloor heating, while the lounge on the first floor has a supersized 65 inch smart TV and very comfy sofas to relax.

The back garden is fully fenced, safe and secure for any dogs.

Please note that the Aga in the kitchen is not suitable for use by guests. Alternative cooking facilities are provided.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the use of the sauna & indoor hot tub is not included in the overall reservation price. The optional extra charge will be £40 per night for the full duration of your stay (capped at £150 per week). Please note that it could take up to 20 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature. So it may be the case that the hot tub can't be used the first night.



The outdoor pool is only accessible from May till September and is not heated.

Please note the Aga is not for guest use; however, a separate oven and hob are provided for all your cooking needs.



If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night.

Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £50 (subject to availability).



A refundable Safety Deposit of £500 in the form of an authorisation hold on your credit card is required upon arrival. The hold will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages. In case you travel with pets, please note that there is a pet fee applicable of £50 per pet per stay.
