Hermosa casa de lujo de 4 dormitorios (1 King, 1 Queen y 2 dormitorios dobles) casa con lanai grande, piscina climatizada, spa, bar / nevera al aire libre en Ridgewood Lake Golf Course (7th Hole). Cocina remodelada en 2018. Comunidad cerrada. Casa es de más de 2600 pies cuadrados, un montón de espacio con sala de estar, gran den, comedor formal, comer en la cocina mirando a la piscina. Den con 48 "asientos HDTV inteligente 8. Nuestra casa tiene uno de los mejores planos de planta en toda la comunidad. Bonita zona de patio en el campo de golf pero con seguridad lejos de pelotas de golf. Muy conveniente a la autopista y cerca de los parques temáticos.
Como propietarios de viviendas tenemos altos estándares y continuamos actualizando nuestra casa anualmente. Cocina remodelada con nuevo granito y electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado nuevo, pintura y calentamiento / filtración de piscinas.
Ridgewood es una de las comunidades más bonitas en el área de Orlando y es fácil y conveniente, cerrada para su seguridad y toda la comunidad es hermosa, le encantará estar allí ......... Ubicado aproximadamente a 15 minutos del Walt Disney World El complejo, Ridgewood Lakes, está junto a la autopista 27 y a solo 3,2 km de la I-4. Ubicado en un campo de golf de campeonato de 18 hoyos con instalaciones para practicar, tienda profesional y restaurante. Lovely Vacation Property

Great stay at Joe & Pam’s villa. Spacious, all amenities and great pool, couldn’t get the kids out! Disney & Universal parks about 40 min Uber ride. Would definitely recommend

Nice and quiet place but far from center of Orlando

Everything is ok except that if something happens the responding is low One of the rooms has very low air flow Many lizards Light in bathroom room wasn't working and I talk to the owner but no response The look also wasn't working and I talk to the owner but no response until I contacted the manager and then after 5hrs fixed

Perfect home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for a week during our April vacation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect for us because we were staying with our two young kids + mother-in-law; having the master (where she stayed) on the opposite side of the house as the other bedrooms gave us all some privacy when we needed it, and the open concept design of the main part of the house was great for hanging out together. And I can’t forget the pool! The pool was the selling point for us when booking the house and we were not disappointed. The home even has floats and pool toys, which made pool time all the more fun. All in all my family had a great stay and I highly recommend this home to other families.

We loved our stay at Joe and Pam’s Howe in Ridgewood Lakes! The home was very clean had all the amenities we could want. It was very close to Disney theme parks and restaurants. We would definitely rent the home again!

stayed at the property for 8 days, although the weather wasn't the greatest, the property was. great. Very quiet community away from the traffic and hustle of the theme parks, We used the hot tub nearly every night

Beautiful home in a wonderful setting

We had the best two weeks in this villa. So much so that we’ve already started discussing when to return! The villa is beautifully clean and finished to a high standard. The area is peaceful and the neighbours are friendly. They even took our bins back in for us. I’m in love with the fridge and now want one with a built in ice maker and water filter! The hot tub was a lovely addition for achy feet after a long day of walking. The area is great, nearby is a Walmart, Publix and we fell in love with Mannys Chophouse in Haines city. Ridgewood lakes, you have our heart. Thanks Joe and Pam for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great Place to Visit and Would Love to Live There

From beginning to end, this visit and experience was wonderful. Joe, the homeowner made the experience top notch. From the questions about the property before we booked, leading up to our booking, throughout our visit, and our departure he was super to work with and great communication. The home was wonderful. Very clean, spacious, modern appliances, smart TVs, truly high speed internet (500Mbps), easy access to a great outdoor space by the pool (where we spent most of our time), and I could go on. Conveniently located to all stores you would need and plenty restaurants. Without traffic you could be at Disney World in 20 minutes. But traffic on I4 is unpredictable so plan ahead, but not a showstopper. Located in very quiet gated neighborhood on a golf course with access to a very nice tennis and pickle ball court. I have nothing but good things to say about the house and the experience. Will be looking at this home again the next time we make our way to Orlando.

Home away from home!

The house was AMAZING. It was very welcoming and it was just amazing. The appliances were up to date. The house is tastefully come and the entire family LOVED IT!!! We were so sad to leave! Joe was very responsive and amazing as well. Will 100% be back again next year!

Perfect home!

Stayed here with our 2 kids. We had an amazing time. Everything was very clean and perfectly appointed. You can tell time was spent on making sure everything you need is there. Great location on the golf course and in a very nice, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed going for walks every morning. This is a great location for Legoland. We’ve stayed in a few other similar homes and would pick this home over others and will plan to go back. The owners were very responsive with all questions. Pool area was very clean and perfect temp for swimming with heat.

Outstanding

This home is wonderful. Clean, spacious and with all the amenities that you need. The pool area is beautiful. It has plenty of seating and the fridge outside is a great touch. The neighbourhood feels safe and it is very quiet. The property is not overlooked. Any issues were dealt with swiftly by the management company. We loved our time here and we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Home and Location

This home was amazing!! The kitchen was equipped with any and everything we needed. The location was just perfect. It was just a short drive to stores and restaurants. Outstanding Golf Resort

If you just want to relax, this place is perfect. If you want to relax and play golf, this place is the best. Great pool and tub. Beautiful furnishings with brand new TVs. Just a great place to stay with a newly redone golf course in outstanding shape.

Amazing getaway!!!

We loved everything about this home. The pool, the kitchen, the bedrooms were everything we ever wanted. The owner was quick to respond if we had any questions, which I asked them a lot of questions. Overall, we had a very relaxing time!

Amazing Experience!

Beautiful, Relaxing home

We loved our stay in this home. My favorite spots were the hot tub, pool, and living room couch. The kitchen was well equipped with quality dishware. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house in a nice quite neighborhood

We rented this house for a Spring break trip. The house is beautiful and quiet. Sitting in the lanai in the morning and at night was so peaceful. The view outside is so pretty with the golf course and trees. I loved not having any neighbors behind the house. The house is really situated nicely for privacy for everyone and communication with Joe was quick and easy. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Short but sweet

The house was everything we wished for: very spacious living area, large modern kitchen and great pool area with its own bar and fridge, right on the 7th fairway of the golf course. We were very familiar with Ridgewood Lakes and were thrilled to see that the golf course has been completely re-newed. From sad neglect to an Augusta-like re-birth. It is now called White Heron and looks fantastic. The virus unfortunately forced us back early to a snowy Canada but we look forward to taking up where we left off, right by the pool of this wonderful house, next year.

We traveled to many Florida areas for years, before deciding to buy in Davenport. The location offers the best starting point for numerous attractions and the tranquility of a private community. By the reviews you will find this is one of the nicest properties in the area and convenient to all the attractions. Because it is our house we maintain it to high standards. We like to get to know our guest before they rent and like many prior guests have become friends and repeat customers. We have local property managers to assist you,

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

House layout is very well planned. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house with privacy a priority. Twin bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the living area. Pool and spa are a highlight. 3 sliders open to the lanai from the den, living room and master bedroom. There is an outdoor bar poolside with a sink and refrigerator, dining area, lounge chairs for outside entertainment. Outdoor security camera. The radio is wired to speakers both inside and outside for your music entertainment. With the SE sun there are always sunny and shady areas in the pool and lanai. House is bright but no direct sun inside so very comfortable. Great golf course and reasonable rates. Tennis rackets available - courts one block away.
