Hay 4 dormitorios principales con baño propio. Esta fabulosa villa no tiene vecinos posteriores, brindando la privacidad que deseas. Está situado en una zona muy tranquila de la comunidad cerrada muy deseable: Solana Resort, justo a la salida de la autopista 27 (entre la I-192 y la I-4), a solo 16 km de la puerta principal de Disney World, a pocos minutos de varios famosos cursos de golf. My family and I had a wonderful time at this property! The booking was easy, efficient, and communication was excellent and directions were thorough. It was in an excellent location close to all the fun of Orlando and local shopping with a spacious pool and tons of room for large groups. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Spring break with family

Our family vaca was enjoyed by all from 15 mth olds to Nana. The home was spacious ,clean. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes and cookware for our group of 10. The pool area was relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable w/ choice of memory foam mattress’ or firm. We had a slight bump w/ spa heat , but Stephen was very responsive in getting it resolved. Thanks and we look forward to staying again.

Great clean roomy

Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. House is roomy and has lots of seating. Beds are comfortable and this home has 4 king ensuites plus 2 kids rooms (one decorated boy and one girl) each with 2 twins beds. The pool is clean warm and well cared for. Lots of patio seating to enjoy the outdoors.

Universal Studios Trip

The house was spacious. Loved the 4 suites with king size beds. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was a perfect place to sit and hang out all together. The owner is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this house. We would definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating owner

We were there during hurricane Milton. The owner allowed extra time to allow for the storm to pass before needing us to checkout. The location is also very close to grocery, retail and gas stations.

Best VRBO in Davenport

The home is immaculate, fully stocked, and comfortable. Just being picky here but the house was pretty clean besides having to kill one bug in the master bathroom and one of the toilets not being fully cleaned. The host is phenomenal with communication and very accommodating. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this place. House is impressive and I'm not easily impressed.

Disney family experience

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Steve the owner is extremely accommodating....answering my many questions quickly both prior to and during our stay. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud!! The pool is private and we never even heard our neighbors during our stay. This home has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. Everything was nice the home is beautiful plenty of space the owner Steve was great with communication me and my family really enjoyed the house and pool and spa and game room the beds slept wonderful only one exception the one night guard at the entry gate is the rudest person I’ve met in a while very disrespectful and nonchalant he wouldn’t even let my nephew come in to drop off my aunt who’s 82 and my two small nieces even tho we told him that we were just dropping off and come right back out and the were only visiting for a short period he said no the all would have to park outside the gate and walk he’s the only one that did this the other two gate guards one female and one male didn’t have a problem with it the times he wasn’t there I would just like to recommend if there’s a four car limit which is fine at least have some kind of transportation golf cart or something to get people to and from the properties because the houses are quite a distance from the front gate other than this gate guy everything was fantastic thanks Steve for letting us enjoy your beautiful home we would definitely stay again because we loved the place so much

Disappointed

The property itself was great, the space was beneficial to my family. But that was the only thing good about the stay. First off, the property had a stale funky odor, but overall it was not very clean. The master bath smelled of urine, we had to mop with disinfectant. All of the beds smelled, as if the bed linen hadn't been washed or dried completely. I rewashed all the bed linen in each room, so my family could feel comfortable. I had to wash all bed covers too. Then there were Roaches (bugs) found in several rooms. I called the exterminator who sprayed the following day, but they still showed up afterwards. Bottom line, the damage was done. My family lost the feeling of residing in a clean and secure vacation home. The upkeep on this property was sub standard. Overall, my family was very disappointed. I had to buy Roach Spray to spray our luggages, and prayed that we didn’t bring any roaches home with us. The couch was broken down on one end. I also had to buy PineSol to mop the floors and bathrooms, get Carpet Fresh to vaccum all the carpets, clean the toilets, wash the bed linens and towels, I basically had to reclean the house myself. I feel the house was cleaner than when we arrived. I could go on, but bottom line I'm just disappointed.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for us. We had 13 people, and it didn't feel crowded. The pool/spa were a great. We took advantage of them every day. The location of the home was close to restaurants and grocery stores, very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here for 3 years for 3 weeks each year. Stephen is great to deal with. House was perfect for the 12 of us. Had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Patio furniture is perfect lots of chairs for everyone, and way more comfortable than the cheaper plastic . The tables were great for olayi g cards and games outside.

Safe neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host and property manager had very good communication with us. Other than a couple cosmetic things (which are just normal wear and tear) this place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We stayed in January and opted to have the pool heated and it was so worth it! Very pleased with our stay.

Home away from home

Quick clear communication with owner. House was as described but as expected with an older home, it is showing it's age, but some renovations have already been completed. Management company was engaged and available if needed and proactively reached out after the first night. Had a few minor issues which were addressed immediately. Games room was fun, hot tub works like a hot tub and gets HOT which was amazing as most don't. Pool heat was essential as would be expected in January. House was missing a few kitchen items but nothing that dramatically affected the stay. As others have stated, the beds are very comfortable and everyone mentioned to me how good the beds were. Overall, I would recommend this house and will definitely seek it out on our next trip.

Pros: The beds were AMAZINGLY comfy. There was ample space for our group, the pool was a decent size for us and there was plenty of outdoor space/seating. The living room furniture was comfortable. There is ample plates and dinnerware. The price was very reasonable and the owner was great. The Cons: the house needs a deep clean. The floors and baseboards were pretty dirty. (especially the entry where we got our first impression) . There is a large spot on the living room wall where something has been replaced/repaired, but again, first impressions made us second guess our choice. There is only one outdoor light for the back patio, nothing overhead and no outdoor ceiling fans. Had I noticed this in the listing we would not have rented this property as we like to be outside for dinners and playing cards in the evenings. There was only one large frying pan and it was so scratched up that we couldn't even use it. There was one shower curtain rod that kept falling on us, likely the spring was sprung in the tension rod. An upgrade to a mounted curtain rod would solve the issue. I'd recommend this property for the pros I listed, but the cons do need some attention for us to rent it again.

We are big Disney fans in our house and were looking for more room to stretch out in during our Florida vacations. While we are new to Home Away, this house is certainly not. We have purchased this beautiful home and are continuing the previous owners listing. Unfortunately we are not able to carry forward any of the great reviews it has gotten in the past.

The back of the house is south facing, so it gets sun almost all day. The huge covered lanai provides protection from the sun when needed. There are no houses directly behind, providing a nice private backyard.
