A bright, spacious living room designed for families and groups to relax together. The room features two full 3-seater sofas and a one of the sofas is a double sofa bed, providing generous seating for everyone to spread out comfortably after a day at the beach, zoo, or waterpark.
Set up for easy downtime, the lounge includes a 42-inch Smart TV along with a selection of books and games for both adults and children. Calm décor, soft lighting, and an uncluttered layout make this the social heart of the flat.
Well-Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area
A large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area designed for relaxed self-catering and shared meals. The kitchen includes a comprehensive range of cooking essentials and is well suited to everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.
Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, slow cooker, kettle and toaster. Guests are also provided with a large selection of teas, coffees and breakfast items, including cereals and breakfast bars.
The dining table comfortably seats up to 7 guests. A full selection of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans is provided, and for families travelling with children, highchairs and children’s utensils are available.
Comfortable Bedrooms
The flat offers two comfortable large bedrooms, both bright, well presented, and designed for a restful night’s sleep. The layout works equally well for families, couples, or groups sharing.
One bedroom benefits from a a large comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a comfortable double and single bed, making the setup practical for shared stays.
Main Bedroom
A spacious king-size bedroom. This room features bedside tables, reading lamps, and charging points, along with ample storage and space for a cot at the end of the bed, making it ideal for families with young children.
Second Triple Bedroom
A second comfortable bedroom with double and single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, and storage for clothing and luggage. Both rooms are located close to the main family bathroom.
Convenient family Bathroom
The flat includes a separate family bathroom with an electric over bath shower. The bathroom is clean, bright, and well maintained, providing plenty of space for shared use.
Private Courtyard Garden and Dining Area
The Flat has its own private fully enclosed courtyard garden with 6’ fence. It has a rattan sofa and chair set as well as an outdoor dining table for up to 7 people.

Located on a quiet, tree-lined road in central Paignton, the flat offers a peaceful setting while staying close to everything the area has to offer. Many of the town’s main attractions are within easy walking distance, including Paignton Zoo, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark, the Dartmouth Steam Railway, and several sandy beaches.
Paignton town centre, the seafront, shops, cafés, pubs, and public transport links are all nearby, making it easy to explore without needing a car. The wider English Riviera, including Torquay, Brixham, and Dartmouth, is easily accessible by car or public transport.

Great location close to the sea town near by everything was just perfect, especially Vicki our host, was there if and when we needed her, I would 100% recommend this place, garden was beautiful, plus parking just ourside apartment private, apartment was just like home everything to detail, I can not fault it to be honest, deffo coming back.

The English Riviera is beautiful. There are the most beautiful walks and hidden coves and beaches between Brixham and Torquay along the coastal path and Wynncroft Holiday Flats is situated right in the middle and within walking distance of Quay West Splashdown Waterpark and Paignton Zoo .

I provide lots of little extras which make your stay comfortable and I’m on hand if you need anything at all during your stay. You can park right outside your door!
