Parking needs to be reserved in advance and is €5.50 per day.

This Villa consists of four (4) bedrooms which 3 bedrooms are Double Rooms and 1 with 2 single beds (can be pushed together if requested to make a double), all bedrooms include air conditioning, wardrobes and a TV (only 3 of the bedrooms). There are Three (3) bathrooms in this villa which 2 bathrooms are En-suite.

This beautiful villa has a well-equipped modern kitchen area which includes a oven, hob, extractor, integrated dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, water filters, Integrated fridge/freezer. You will also arrive with a Welcome Pack INCLUDED to help you start you holiday. This includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, water, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, a cloth & sponge.

The living area has a very open floor plan with two sofas and a flat screen smart TV with sound speaker plus air conditioning.

The dining area table has two (2) chairs and a bench sitting comfortably 4 people with views of the patio area overlooking the palm trees.

The patio area has a table and six (6) chairs, umbrella and four (4) sunbeds for your use.

What's even better, this villa is a very short walk from all the swimming pools. San Andres Resort has three pools, one which is heated and a children’s pool with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!

Please also note if this property has air conditioning this is an additional charge of €10.00 per day, only if property does not include a coin machine.
