Welcome to our artistic retreat in the vibrant heart of Trastevere, in the center of Rome. Located on a picturesque street overlooking the magnificent church of San Cosimato, the apartment offers a serene escape in the midst of the neighborhood's vibrant energy. Explore the nearby trattorias, restaurants, cafes, and cocktail bars while being just a short walk from Rome's main tourist attractions, such as the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
The space:
The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and features two double bedrooms both with AC, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Well-lit corridors connect the various rooms, creating a harmonious flow within the home.
Comfortable and cozy, the apartment offers an ideal space to relax after a day of exploring the eternal city.
Guest access:
Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal for exclusive use. At check-in, they will be given the keys to the building and the apartment door, which will be returned upon departure. There are no time restrictions for entering and leaving the residence, but it is important to respect the condominium's rules of coexistence.

Great location with everything you need within a block. Stayed with a family, kitchen had all necessary equipment to prepare meals. If feeling lazy, just downstairs you have 3 restaurants. Groceries and pharmacies are around the plaza right across the street. Trastevere is a nice neighborhood full of stores, great restaurants and bars and easy to walk around. Only downside was the glass and bottle recycling at early hours, perfect alarm to have an early coffee Fausto was very attentive and responsive.

Let me start by saying that Fausto was very kind and responsive. He accommodated an early check in and offered a late checkout. He did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, there are some things that should be noted about the apartment. First, it was infested with flying insects and mosquitos. So much so the hosts provided a handheld bug zapper and spray. Second, some of the windows don’t close and even have gaps to the outside. If you plan to use the main room for sleeping on the “pullout sofa bed”, note that there is no AC so it is very hot (though Fausto provided a small fan in response), it’s very bright in the am and very loud all night as there are multiple bars/restaurants directly below. The sofa bed is also not a bed but rather and extended sofa. Lastly, the main bed mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable. You have a choice between firm like concrete or sinking into quicksand. The bedroom AC units are finicky, with one spitting out ice in the middle of the night. The bathroom is pretty dated, dirty and tiny. The kitchen appliances do not work (stove and oven) though Fausto said they just broke and the would be replaced the day we leave.Wifi was good which was a highlight.The location is decent with lots of restaurants close by and 20 minute walk to center of Rome.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rome. The host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is close to many restaurants and in walking distance to many of the must see sites.

What makes my property unique is its rich history and timeless charm. It’s a 16th-century house, nestled in a historic square, with a view of yet another iconic piece of Roman heritage. The floors are adorned with ancient mosaics, preserving the beauty of the past, while the house itself maintains an authentic Roman identity that has stood the test of time. If you want to experience Rome the way a true Roman does, this house offers the perfect opportunity. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place to live the Roman experience, surrounded by history, culture, and the vibrant pulse of the city.
