Designed with understated elegance, it features three refined bedrooms, an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a 25m² pool (non-heated) complete with hydromassage jets. The villa seamlessly combines the warmth of home with sophisticated style. Enjoy alfresco dining at the shaded terrace, complete with a gas BBQ, perfect for savoring sunlit meals or starlit gatherings. Accommodating up to seven guests, this haven promises a stay of unparalleled comfort. The villa also features a wheelchair friendly bedrooms with separate entrance and direct access to the pool with views. Just in front of the villa complex lies the archaeological site of the Asclepius Temple, a testament to the area's rich history. Lentas derives its name from the Greek word "léontas" (lion), a nod to the lion-shaped cape that forms its sheltered bay, adding a touch of mythic charm to this coastal sanctuary.

Important Note: Kyma Villa is part of the VK Villas complex, laying in 4 acres private land, which includes one additional villa (Votsalo Villa) on the lower level, so some areas may be shared or overlooked. The villa consists of a main building featuring an inviting living room and two bedrooms, while a third private bedroom is situated separately with its own entrance and direct access to the pool.

Set within a 200m² outdoor space, this bespoke villa exudes elegance and is a short drive from beautiful beaches. Enjoy a 25m² pool (non-heated, 1.50m deep) with sea views and lush surroundings. Relax on premium loungers, dine outdoors with a gas BBQ, mini fridge, and sink, while enjoying stunning vistas. The villa is near one neighboring villa and offers parking for two vehicles, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Our sustainable villa blends eco-friendly materials with nature, offering comfort and sustainability. Featuring a SaltWater Pool with lower chlorine levels, it’s gentler on eyes and skin.

Bonus - Fitness Equipment
Fitness equipment is available at the Villa ( including Resistance tension Band, free weights, Mini exercise ball, Yoga mat ) for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday. Enjoy !

Bonus - Beach Equipment
The villa also provides beach equipment, including two SUP boards(upon availability), flippers, snorkeling masks, for an enhanced seaside experience. Binoculars are also available.

Spanning 130m² of indoor space, it offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, along with a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for a serene family retreat. For added convenience, there is an additional WC near the living area. Accommodating up to seven guests, the villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms features its own entrance and is “wheelchair accessible”, providing enhanced individuality and direct access to the pool. A TV is provided in the living room, thoughtfully placed to maintain a tranquil, screen-free ambiance during bedtime, fostering a true sense of sanctuary. With its welcoming ambiance and practical layout, this villa offers an ideal setting for a relaxed, sea-view getaway.
