Wedding in LA area, Burbank house

Excellent experience overall for 5-6 guests. House is very comfortable. We visited in early March and adjusted thermostat to heating overnight, no ac required during the day. Heating works, dated system, a bit loud. Garbage disposal is older, not reliable. I cleared kitchen drain. Master bath toilet flapper chain hangs-up on ocaission, and when I noticed I freed it to stop water running. Microwave is niosy, cheap, but works fine. Bathrooms were dated but comfortable and worked fine. Outside spaces were an added plus. We did not use the outside bbq or kitchen, but might on another visit. Backyard patio and front patio are delightful spaces. Kitchen and dishwasher were a delight. All-in-all an excellent stay and experience. A hotel for 5-6 guests would have cost more and offered fewer amenities. An excellent value for the cost. My guests were all very pleased with this house. Thanks to the owner for sharing it! G

Good location, wonderful back yard, LOTS of living space

This property is conveniently located, major appliances in the kitchen look brand new, and the backyard, complete with two lemon trees and a pomegranate tree was very relaxing. If you are traveling with kids, have them look for the dinosaurs over the backyard fence! We had one minor issue with bath linens and the owner was very responsive and promptly fixed the issue. It is definitely a residential area, so if you are looking to be where the action is, this would not be for you. If you want a relaxing place to go to after your LA explorations, this could be the ticket. The only reason I did not give overall five stars is that the heating was uneven in the house (we were there in over New Years) and the furnace is quite loud when it kicks in. We solved this by closing off the ducts in the kitchen and secondary bedrooms. With the BR doors closed, I did not hear the furnace, but it could be loud if you are up and about. LOTS of televisions in this house, if that is important to you.

Lots of Room

This property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in the Burbank. It is close to all the studio attractions and the airport. The owner was quickly responsive to our issues with the internet access. The cable individual who came was not a happy person - he needs a new job. We all loved the pool table and the outdoor space.

We travel a lot and being comfortable in LA is kinda hard to do but really liked this place, had everything we needed and felt safe.

Amazing Stay

We loved the property and all the room available. Great place in a great location, wonderful hosts. Art and Stephanie were wonderful and answered all our many questions. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting a beautiful and quiet stay in Burbank.

LA Family Wedding

Our stay at Chateau Myers met and exceeded every expectation. The house is cozy and well-maintained. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our seven adults. We spent lots of time on the welcoming and comfortable patio in the backyard. Being from MN, we awed at the beautiful fruit trees and grapevines, things we are not used to seeing in our home climate. Our experience was top notch.

The property was better than the pictures. Very spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood. There was not any regular drinking glasses. Wine glasses or coffee cups was all there was in the cupboards. The neighbor across the street seemed very concerned that we were there. Our comings and goings were watched very intensely for the first two days of our stay. The property manager Stephanie was great responded timely at all times.

This house was awesome for my family of six. It was close to universal and Griffith Observatory where you could see the Hollywood sign.

The home has everything to offer for a family stay with a good neighborhood and very close in access to Burbank and all that is offered in the area.The hosts are very helpful as we left something in the home upon checking out and they graciously helped in quickly getting it returned to us.

Very nice. Quiet location. Lots of room.

We loved the house and the backyard was great. The only thing we can say that was not a plus, was that he master bathroom sink was clogged. I unclogged it. This should have been done by the cleaners. Also the master bathroom tub is very slippery when you step into it, no mat or anything on the tub floor. But it was a great place and location. Needs more frying pans and oven pans. When there are six and you need to cook for six, it takes too long with just one frying pan to cook eggs, bacon and hash browns. But those are easy things to rectify and do not take away from the overall experience of the house. We walked all around the neighbourhood, super safe. Malls and shopping all very close as well as the HWY. Thanks for everything.

Burbank Getaway Home

Well maintained spacious ranch style home in Burbank. Close to shopping and restaurants. Three bedroom house definitely took care of our needs. Everything is on one level inside the house which made it easy to get around. Large covered patio was enjoyed by all. Owner stayed in contact to address any needs we may have had. Our guests all enjoyed their stay and will definitely want to return.

Great Location, spacious, quiet neighborhood

This home was perfect for our family of 6. It’s a very clean functional home with a fantastic backyard patio surrounded by ornate fruit trees. This house also has a very large family room and the pool table is very nice. The location is very convenient for trips to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. After long days of sightseeing we were always glad to come back and relax on the back patio.

Beautiful, clean, great location

This home away from home was the perfect fit for my husband and I and our two teenage daughters! Conveniently located to all the things that LA has to offer! Ralph’s grocery is so close! Plenty of restaurants and wenised Grub Hub to do two food deliveries! We will be back and hopefully get to stay here again!

Very Comfortable for All

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood in the Burbank Hills, it was a family gathering for a memorial for my Father that was long overdue. The house size of three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with plenty of towels. A good size kitchen with enough dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, pots and pans to cook a meal for 9 people after the memorial. Large living room, dining table, pool table and patio. The house fit our needs very comfortably. The owners were easy to reach and helpful. Would rent again if in the area.

AWESOME ALTERNATIVE TO A HOTEL

This is far more than a house rental, this is getting away for a vacation by coming home. This furnished three-bedroom was the perfect stay, as it had everything we needed. Beautiful upkeep, sculpted backyard with a big-screen TV and a pomegranate tree, fantastic neighborhood and whatever you need a car ride away. The market at the end of the block is an old school deli type, so shopping is easy, while the bakery next door was scrumptious. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (except no microwave), but who needs nuke, when you have a big toaster oven and full-scale appliances to cook with. If I go back to this area, or close to Burbank, no doubt I'm staying in this home again!!!
