Beautiful, newly renovated Spanish-style villa located in Benidoleig, a village on the Northern Costa Blanca.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, the mountains, and the orange grove valley from the private pool and the various terraces.

The villa is bright, spacious, and has been completely renovated, refurnished, and redecorated in the Ibiza style. It features a 9x4.5-meter pool, an outdoor shower with hot water, and an outdoor lounge area under a beautiful pergola. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Our large living room with open kitchen offers a stunning view of the valley and the sea. The spacious dining area is right next to the fully equipped kitchen, which features a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and Dolce Gusto machine. The tap water in the kitchen is filtered through a reverse osmosis system, so you won’t need to stock up on bottled water. There is free Wi-Fi and a smart TV, so you can stream TV shows or movies on your own. There are also books, toys, and plenty of board games. On the living level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet. There is also a study area and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the view. On the first floor, you’ll find a very large bedroom that opens directly onto the pool. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an utility room with a washer, dryer, and a large fridge-freezer.
There are various seating areas and terraces situated around the house and the pool. Additionally, there is an outdoor bar and kitchen, a gas BBQ, and 6 lounge chairs—everything you need to enjoy a wonderful, luxurious vacation.

During colder months, a full central heating system is also available. Of course, you can also use the air conditioning units for heating.

Villa Verano is situated in a quiet location, 6 minutes from the village of Benidoleig, which features a terrace café, supermarket, pharmacy, and nice restaurants. A short distance away, you’ll find beautiful beaches (Blue Flag) and charming towns like Denia and Javea, where you can enjoy delicious meals in town and along the promenade. You can also enjoy shopping in Denia’s old town and modern harbor or at the large, air-conditioned Portal de la Marina shopping center, which features many well-known brands, a very large supermarket, and restaurants.

Would you rather explore nature or get active? You don’t have to go far—right from our gate, you can walk into the mountains along beautiful hiking trails. The area is also ideal for water sports, boat trips, and snorkeling excursions. The Montgó National Park is perfect for even more hiking trips, and there are several golf courses nearby. Mountain bikers and road cyclists will also feel right at home in the challenging mountains of the Jálon Valley, known for its wine, bodegas, and antique market. In addition, professional cycling teams train here very regularly on the Coll de Rates.
