Holiday house with fantastic lake location and panoramic view of Lake Bolmen. You have your own jetty and sandy beach. Your accommodation is in Hult outside Lidhult and here you can enjoy both the morning and evening sun from the pier. At the beach you have a barbecue area and garden furniture. The boat (13 feet) that is included in the rent is anchored down by the lake. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with shower and WC and an additional toilet. There is a washing machine and drying cabinet.
Things to see and do in Lidhult/Ljungby and surrounding area
You have the beech forest and nature with grazing animals around you. You really can relax here and explore a lot of wildlife. Bolmen, which is Sweden's largest lake to the surface, has good fishing. Here are both pikeperch, pike, and perch. The lake is located between Småland and Halland, lined with deep quiet forests. Bolmen is in the national interest for professional fishermen and the area around the lake is in the national interest for outdoor life. There are several islands in the lake, the largest being Bolmsö. The spacious holiday home is located 13 km outside Lidhult where you have a nice ICA grocery store with internet café. There is a glazed conservatory at the back of the cottage for cooler evenings.
There is a lot to discover here, such as Tiraholm Fisk where you can buy smoked fish and visit the fish restaurant and ice cream café. In Unnaryd you can eat nice food at Alebo. Unnaryd which is located by Lake Unnen is also a nice small town. Mormors Veranda in Byholma is a nice pizzeria. Odensjö, which is also located by Bolmen, is nice and their homestead has nice activities in the summer. It is not far to the sea baths in Tylösand Halmstad. If you want to meet the king of the forest, you can visit Smålandet moose safari in Markaryd and Elinge Älgpark south of Hamneda. Ljungby offers shopping and restaurants as well as many museums such as the Fairytale Museum.
