Layout
The entrance, located at the back of the complex, opens into a bright open-plan space featuring a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room includes a corner sofa that can be converted into a bed, and a family WC with a washing machine is conveniently located on this level as well.
Next to the entrance, a marble staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a modern shower room and a master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool, offering stunning sea views.
A second wooden staircase leads to the attic, which contains two single beds and a small window overlooking the rear of the complex. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
Pool and Garden
From the living room, patio doors open onto a private garden and the swimming pool with a children's section, and charming sea views.
The sparkling pool is accessible via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all the amenities for sunbathing or simply relaxing with a drink or snack at the nearby outdoor dining area.
