This palatial villa offers an idyllic setting, mesmerising views of the Adriatic Sea, a private pool and an area dedicated to well-being, with indoor Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna and fitness equipment. Originally built between 1910 and 1915 by the noble family, Dešković as a summer residence and renovated in 2009. The exterior has been completely restored in it's original form while the interior has been enhanced by additional amenities for a luxurious holiday. Distributed over 3 floors, the fully air conditioned interiors include 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, recreational and living spaces of 330 m². On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped 'professional' kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, a guest bathroom and a well-being room with an additional shower, exercise using the fitness equipment, pamper yourself in the sauna or relax in the Jacuzzi with a glass of bubbles. A grand wooden staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the second floor and 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom on the third floor.
