Special place!

This was an excellent pair of properties to stay in for a week. Boris, the host was fantastic in spite of him having some serious problems with his Restaurant. It had all the amenities we needed - plenty of space, a great pool plus an area for eating outdoors with its own table tennis table.

Great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It is beautifully renovated, spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was amazing — we spent so much time relaxing by it and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house has a wonderful countryside atmosphere while still being conveniently close to Omiš. Our host was truly exceptional. They were always available and responded immediately whenever we needed anything. They also kept us informed about the wildfires in Croatia and any potential risks, which made us feel very safe, cared for, and well looked after. We were also pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the house was. There was plenty of food waiting for us when we arrived, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated after a long journey. Overall, a fantastic place to stay: peaceful, beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to come back! ❤️

Extraordinary journey!

The villa with the heated pool is spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Our host, Boris, was incredibly kind and helpful. He also welcomed us to his restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious food—the best in the area! 😋 As a lovely bonus, we even received a special discount. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, yet only a short drive from Omiš and its beautiful beaches. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything was perfect! We will definitely be coming back.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Boris was an amazing host, and we enjoy the stay at his apartment. Arrival instructions were clear and everything was clean in the house, including the pool. The upper apartment is recently renovated and fully equipped for amazing vacation. The lower apartment is a bit older and less shiny. There is no connection between these two parts of the house, you have to walk on the street to get from one to another part of the house. Overall the apartment is classified as a three stars apartment and it fully lives to that expectations.

Special place!

The villa was amazing and very clean and spacious, perfect for our big group. The hosts were very friendly, always responded fast and were helpful and recommended good local places. The hosts restaurant was also very beautiful and the food was amazing. Alltogether we would recommend this place to anyone, there was also a super cute neighbourhood cat!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We could not have asked for a more perfect host and house. It was better than what we had expected. The host Boris was so helpful through out the entire trip, from before it right till the end. He helped us with local recommendations, treated us to lunch at his amazing restaurant and had some groceries already prepared for us the day we arrived. The house itself was wonderful. We had eight people staying and never did we feel over-crowded. The pool was the perfect touch and helped with the hotter weather. It is a 10-15min drive away from a town called Omis and about 30-40 depending on traffic to Split centre. Once again I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for the amazing stay, it made our trip so easy and fun!

I trully recommend this place!

Just perfect ! From first exchange to last day, all was perfect. We were a group of 9 young adults between 26 and 30 and our trip was wonderful mostly with the help of Boris and its family. Where could I start? First exchange with Boris before booking was friendly, proactive and adaptable. When booked Boris help us with the villa but also for all activities from tips to contacts. At our arrival, Boris and his wife were waiting for us at the villa with a warm and friendly welcome and even with some groceries in the fridge. The house was answering to all our needs in term of services, cleaning and localisation. Moreover we also Went to Boris restaurant not only once because all was incredible. I couldn’t list all the thing that Boris did for us but one thing is sure he changes our trip !! We are so thankful towards him and his family. I trully recommend his place

We stayed at the villa in June and had a truly wonderful experience. The host, Boris, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and responsive. We needed both an early check-in and a late check-out, and he made the whole process very easy and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of drinks and snacks waiting for us in the fridge – such a thoughtful gesture. Even when we were leaving, Boris prepared cold drinks and snacks for our journey, which we greatly appreciated. There were 10 of us staying at the villa, and everyone had their own room. All rooms were equipped with air conditioning, making our stay very comfortable. The villa was well-stocked with household essentials and cleaning supplies, which made things much more convenient. We especially enjoyed the large saltwater pool and the shaded areas around the villa, which provided plenty of space to relax out of the sun. The covered outdoor grill area was fantastic, with its own fridge and dishwasher – perfect for evening gatherings. Parking was spacious and located right next to the house. The nearest shop and bar were just a 5-minute walk away along the road, and it only took us about 10 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Omiš and 15 minutes to get to Split. Throughout our stay, Boris remained in touch, offering helpful advice and recommendations. He even invited us to his beautiful seaside restaurant, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner with a stunning sunset view. We were all extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this villa to other travelers. Thank you, Boris, for your hospitality!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Boris hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, nachdem wir unsere Ankunftszeit mit ihm geteilt hatten, auch nach vielen Staus und mehrfachem verschieben gab es hier keine Probleme. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung, gut zu wissen ist noch, das die obere und untere Wohnung von einander getrennt sind, und nur über verlassen des Grundstücks erreicht werden, wobei es sich allerdings um nicht mehr als 20 Meter und eine Treppe handelt. Wir waren als 12er Gruppe da, waren alle extrem zufrieden und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Glorious residence!

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa, which was a short drive from Omiš. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed and lots to entertain the kids. We enjoyed the pool every day and a favourite of ours was the table tennis! The villa’s location is very convenient for a local shop and cafe, and we were within easy reach of lots of different excursions on offer in the area. Boris was a fantastic host - the communication was great and he was keen that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He was also very generous when we visited his family-run restaurant, which is a very special place with amazing views of the sea at sunset. We would definitely recommend this villa, especially to groups and families, and would love to come back.

Amazing! Beautiful Villa and the Host Boris, we couldn't ask for anything more. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. His restaurant is beautiful, right by the sea for the sunset at night time. The kids had everything they needed with the playroom, trampoline and the pool. Would highly recommend booking this villa for a family holiday. Croatia is a beautiful place to visit. Thanks again x

Great stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Boris was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The scenery around the villa is beautiful and private. The villa itself was clean and just like the photos, even has the bonus of a very friendly neighbourhood cat! Boris even recommend his families restaurant to us which we visited twice!! The food and service were excellent! Couldn’t recommend more, thank you for the best stay!

High-end vacation!

Par quoi commencer ? Tout était juste parfait. Maison et photos fidèle à la description. Propriété et propreté impeccable tout y était comme decrit dans l'annonce. Très bien équipée facile d'accès petite superette à proximité et Boris toujours la pour tout et n'importe quoi. Réponds toujours et aide pour tout. Il a juste été formidable et grâce à lui notre séjour a été plus que réussi. Si vous allez là-bas obligé d'aller dans son restaurant la vue y est juste incroyable et la nourriture aussi. Je recommande à 200% et n'hésiterais pas a retourner dans ce beau pays.

Major-league holiday!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Boris. Hôte très accueillant et très gentil. Villa très propre et correspondant à nos attentes. La piscine parfaite avec ses transats et sa cuisine extérieur. Nous n'oublierons pas nos vacances à Tugare et nous remercions encore Boris pour son acceuil exceptionnel. Merci à lui et nous lui souhaitons une bonne continuation. Extraordinary journey!

Kiitämme Isäntäämme Borista, joka oli paikalla sekä tullessa että lähtiessä. Hän oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Hän vastasi viesteihimme välittömästi ja auttoi löytämään hyvät palvelutarjoajat (zipline, jokiristeily, lääkäri+apteekki). Villa oli oikein hyvä tarpeisiimme: 2 pyykin- ja 3 astianpesukonetta, 3 jääkaappia, toimivat keittiöt, ruoka-astioita 12 henkilölle. Villa oli siivottu hyvin. Puhtaat Iakanat ja pyyhkeet, myös allaspyyhkeet. Viilentimet joka huoneessa. Allas-alue siisti, allas riittävän suuri, altaanpuhdistusvälineet käytössä. Yläkerta moderni ja viihtyisä. Netflix toimi alakerrassa. Grillaus hiilillä onnistuu. Kauppa 300 m. Hieman hankalaa oli se, että talon kahden kerroksen välillä liikkuessa pitää kiertää tien kautta. Tämä vaikeutti myös grillikatoksen käyttämistä; se on kaukana keittiöistä. Alakerran toinen makuuhuone on pieni ja pimeä ja sen ilmalämpöpumppu kaipaisi puhdistusta. Auto välttämätön, ei julkista liikennettä. Rakennustyömaan meteli häiritsi ajoittain.

Boris ist ein sehr guter und netter Gastgeber. Das Essen in seinem Restaurant ist zu empfehlen und lecker. Boris tut alles für einen guten Aufenthalt seiner Gäste. Das Haus war schön und sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gut. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
