This inviting attic studio is perfectly suited for couples, featuring a well-appointed balcony for added charm. It's strategically situated in the heart of the city, a short walk from the sandy shores of the beach. The studio can comfortably accommodate two guests. It is fully furnished with modern amenities including a walk-in shower, a private toilet, a quaint dining area, and a functional kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and a small refrigerator.

Situated on the second floor, Studio 4 is accessible only by stairs, enhancing its privacy and exclusivity. It also boasts a pleasant balcony equipped with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying the outdoor ambiance.

## Neighborhood

Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?

The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?

We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?

Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.

## Transit

The Zandvoort aan Zee Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from the property. Trains to Haarlem (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) go regularly from early morning until around midnight.
