Situado en Bolonia, pleno centro histórico, en un elegante edificio, rodeado de vegetación, muy tranquilo, apartamento de 90 m² finamente amueblado con aire acondicionado, calefacción, compuesto por: hall de entrada, cocina equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora, baño con ducha, sala de estar con un cómodo sofá cama, habitación doble (con opción de cama doble o 2 individuales). Cambio de ropa y limpieza una vez a la semana gratis.

Querer con estacionamiento conveniente por una tarifa.

Área central, a 10 minutos de la estación de tren ya solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto, lleno de servicios como supermercados y farmacias, tiendas, bares y tabernas, parada de autobús a 50 metros del centro y todos los destinos.

An authentic Italian experience.We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed the authenticity of the apartment and the neighbourhood. The local cafes and bars provided great atmosphere.The location makes for an enjoyable walk to the centre.Thank you Nic for all your help.

Perfect location and host

Apt was perfect for the two of us. Great location. Able to walk to most places. Nicko was very responsive. Met us upon arrival. Sat down with us and gave us many food recommendations. Arranged for transport back to train station for us. Not fancy. Just perfect and comfortable.

Bologna dream apartment !

The host and the apartment were truly amazing. Beautiful home close to many amenities and Piazza Maggiore. We would definitely stay here again. It exceeded all of our expectations as did the city itself. Highest recommendation ! Plus the host found a ride for us to the train station. Nicola is very helpful. This is a ten out of ten.

Great Stay in Bologna

We were in town for the Grand Prix, and enjoyed our stay at Nik's place. Great location, walking distance to everything. Nik met us on arrival and showed us the place and gave nice suggestions for dining etc. Would stay here again - thanks Nik.

Four Great Days in Bologna

We had a great time at Nicola's place in Bologna. Our check in was very easy. Nicola had a map and showed us many interesting things to see in the area, including restaurants. Everything we wanted to see was within a 15 minute walk of the very spacious apartment, including the train station. From there, we took two great day trips: Venice and Modena. Nicola was a great host. He was always prompt with his responses when we had questions. He even arranged transportation for us on our checkout day. The neighborhood comes alive at night, but we were not subject to any noise issues. Thanks again to Nicola for a wonderful stay!

Wife and I stayed here during our stop in Bologna. The owner was terrific!! He reserved a restaurant and taxis for us. He lives nearby and is always available.

Great Location in Fine Old City

The property was as described online, and in a *great* location in this fine medieval city. Host Nicoli was very welcoming, and gave us recommendations for excellent restaurants and area sites to see. The many miles of porticoes/covered walkways made it possible to be out doing things even in the heaviest of downpours. We recommend this property to others.

A quiet paradise overlooking a garden

We spent 3 comfortable weeks in Nicola's apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are old but serviceable. The light and garden was so nice. The day bed in living room works well if you have an extra visitor. Nicola lives in the house in the garden is so attentive. There was lots of room and it was spotless. We would willingly return.

Perfect stay in Bologne

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this property. The apartment was lovely and quiet with a garden view on the courtyard. The location is excellent with sites and restaurants nearby. Nonna’s comfortable apartment

We received a warm welcome from Nicola. The apartment we were staying in had been his grandmother’s apartment. It was a comfortable city apartment, close to all the historic arcades with an abundance of restaurants and historic sites. Our host Nicola was wonderful, going above and beyond when we needed him. We are so grateful for his kind hospitality. The architecture and historic sites are fantastic but the real treasures of Bologna are the people.

We had a great time. Property is very convenient to center of city.

Nic was great as our train was running late so we were late to check in but he was available to meet us. He had a map with sited already for us along with restaurant suggestions! Whole experience was wonderful!

Great Stay To See Bologna

We had a wonderful stay in Nik's apartment. He met us a the apartment. He give us a map to assist in finding all the tourism and homestyle interests of Bolona. We have never been there before and were surprised to find the apartment so close to all the cafe's and the town center. The apartment is on the second floor but beautiful Europen windows to open and full kitchen. We walked to the Farmer's Market to purchase all the ingredients for our homemade pasta dinner. If you wanted to eat out there were many restaurants so close that we were able to enjoy as well. We Had a great stay and will use the apartment next travel to Italy!

Schöne Wohnung in genialer Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße Bolognas, trotzdem zentral und nur ein paar Schritte von einer Straße mit vielen Trattorien und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist praktisch, gut eingerichtet, und hat alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Empfehlenswert!

Beautiful Bologna!

I love the atmosphere in Bologna. Not too many tourists, lots of young people because of the university. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, but on the end of the street there are plenty of good restaurants and nice shops. The centre of Bologna is 15 min walk. The inside of the apartment feels like home: tasteful decorated rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Great hospitality from the host Nicolas. I enjoyed my stay very much 👍👍 Elsa

Quiet location close to city

If you are looking for a nice place to stay and that is in easy reach of the city centre and attractions then this it. The owner, Nik, welcomes you personally and gives you some excellent guidance and advice on eateries and places to see. We had an early departure which was causing issues with taxis but Nik sorted that out for us. Thank you and Ciao for now Nik.

Fully recommend this apartment as a place to stay if visiting Bologna. It is comfortable clean very well kept and spacious . It’s a great location too, being so close within easy walking distance to the city centre . The flat also offers a very pleasant outlook over a lovely green area. The immediate friendly and vibrant neighbourhood around Via Pratello is also a good place to be for food and drink. Nik the owner was very supportive and always on hand if we needed any help.

Perfect in every way

Nicola met us at the door, gave us an extensive walk-thru of this very large apartment (full kitchen, washer, living room, bed/bath) and then explained the historical city’s directions with attraction and dining recommendations. The location was convenient, on a quiet street and very safe. Upon our departure, Nicola invited us for coffee. Who could ask for anything more... absolutely perfect!! Gracie, gracie to our host!!!!! Arriverderci.
