4 Teal House consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin with Smart TV, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture, along with designated, off-road parking for one car with additional space in car park. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair available. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Smoking is allowed but only on the terrace. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, pub and canal in 0.1 miles, and river in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 4 Teal House is a pleasant base for a Lancashire escape. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP.
