Our luxury 3 bedroom villa plus sofa bed sleeps 8 comes with it's own private swimming pool 6 x 3 meters. We have furnished the property to a very high standard, Our villa is situated on the 5 star mar manor Golf Resort (sorry Jack Nicklaus won't be there). This gated community is ideal for families and golfers as it is on a 18 hole golf course. The golf course has an excellent driving range, chipping/putting green and a fantastic pro shop. On the boulevard there is 6/8 restaurants and lots of bars, Also with a communal swimming pool, Paddle courts, tennis courts, gym and supermarket.

The nearest beach is just 10 min drive away at Los Alcazares, Which is a seaside town with many restaurants and bars. Within 30 mins drive there are many golf courses including La Manga which has 3 championship courses.

Wifi and 40inch tv now installed and en-suite to the main bedroom. 35 mins to Murcia international airport! fantastic location on the resort 200yrds to hotel and 300 yrds to supermarket sun all day on the patio by the pool!
Pictures need updating since lots of modernisation and updates. New listing not been listed since 2022 .

Loved our 10 day stay in this little gem. Great value for money. Comfortable and clean. Great outside area, loved the pool which was cleaned twice for us during our stay. Air conditioning in all rooms.Big shout out to Joy who was there to assist with any requests and was so helpful xx

Swimming pool cleaned every week , after your email pool was cleaned the following morning , 100% response time . With all the storms and leaves blowing pools are hard to keep clean .

Fantastic & highly recommended

We stayed for 10nights in May, location is brilliant. 30mins from airport & really easy to navigate. Villa is everything shown/described & much more. Facilities at the Villa are 10/10 & absolutely nothing to have even a little gripe about. Perfect place to relax, unwind & take in the wonderful Murcia sunshine.

Got here mid afternoon on a Monday, 30 odd degrees…really impressive complex and first impressions of the villa were wow…. Cases quickly dropped, swim wear on and in the pool for a cool down and refresh after the journey.Relax on the sunbeds to dry off then time to look around and unpack…. Kitchen had everything you need for a holiday stay, full size fridge freezer was a bonus and the washing machine there to get past the 4 day dodgy towel syndrome.Living room was large and spacious but didn’t really need to use it as the outside area is where you’ll spend 95% of your time.Bedrooms and bathrooms (x3) all clean and spacious plenty of closet space the unpack rather than living out of your case.On to the outside, large terrace area, nice big table in the shade, plenty of sun lounger sun all day long and a nice clean deep pool (was even cleaned whilst we were there)… sun bed, pool, sun bed, food, friends, family absolutely ideal space to entertain and chill out throughout the day all through the evening.Overall 10 days in a fabulous villa, really relaxed stay in a nice clean and well kept place that’s just down the road from the hotel bar and pool and a short walk to the complex facilities and shop.If you want a relaxing villa with everything you need an amazing pool and outdoor space then this is definitely for you.

Our check in time was 12pm, we arrived at 12-30pm to be met with what can only be described as a complete mess!The whole villa was filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned since the last occupants almost a month previously!There was rotten fruit in the fridge which was turned off and a broken toilet seat on the breakfast table, all the rooms had not been cleaned, there were remnants of the previous occupiers in each room. The new bedding sheets and towels were on the settee, the safe was locked, the barbq unusable and the smell was vile.We had problems contacting the owner and had to go through Vrbo to get any action taken.To be fair to the owner, once this happened the cleaners arrived within an hour. We then had to vacate the premises for 4-5 hours by which time our first day was almost over. Our 3 grandchildren were quite traumatised by the whole first day experience, it’s something I’ve never before experienced through booking with Vrbo.We had to dump approx 75 worth of groceries that we purchased on the way to the villa as the fridge was unavailable until we returned that night! To date there has been no offer of compensation for the deplorable state of the villa when we arrived or the loss of foodstuffs and I’ll be following this up with Vrbo who we documented all the problems with on our arrival.We did continue with our holiday after the villa had been cleaned and the pool area maintained but the first day left a sour taste in the mouth which explains my rating.
