Nestled in the heart of Porto de Mos - Lagos, our brand new Luxurious Ocean View two bedroom stylish apartment is an easy stroll away from the golden sands of Praia Porto de Mos and a short drive from the energetic Lagos Old Town & Marina.
The exceptional design and decor ooze luxury, and when paired with the onsite sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, gymnasium, and large outdoor swimming pool, this is the perfect spot for true rest and relaxation.

The feature wall of glass in the open-plan living area is simply breathtaking. With stunning distant ocean views, it feels more like a live landscape painting!
This bright and colorful living space holds the lounge, dining area and fully equipped french kitchen which is complete with the latest gizmos to make you feel right at home!
For those who enjoy traditional Portuguese “Al Fresco” dining, the living area leads through sliding French doors to the spacious private terrace with a second outside dining spot, as well as large sofas and sunbeds to catch the all day sun. Taking a few steps down from this private terrace brings you to the communal azure large pool and manicured garden. It is the ideal spot for those who do not want to expend too much energy whilst working on their tan under the intense Algarvian sun.
Back inside the property, there are two spacious bedrooms configured one double and one twin room. The combination of white woods and oceanic tones in the decor tastefully reflects the tranquillity of the surroundings. The bedrooms are serviced by two complete bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub and overhead shower, to suit the needs of the whole family.

The apartment is equipped for perfect winter month holidays with underfloor heating throughout and the south-facing, wind-shielded terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all day.

Special Requirements.

Compliance with legal requirements re identity. All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report tourist and guest information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras. To comply with legal formalities all guests must provide upon booking personal information for this purpose only. The information required is full name, date and place of birth, city and country of residence and passport number. The requirement is mandatory.

No pets – unfortunately, due to allergies issues we are not able to allow pets.

It is necessary for all guests to comply with the condo rules and regulations, as well as local laws. All the condo regulations are found in the guest’s welcome book.

For your holiday, you have exclusive use of the entire apartment. You can enjoy the shared amenities of the garden and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the indoor facilities like pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, ping pong table, at your leisure. Additionally, there is ample parking outside the apartment.

The long sheltered sandy beach of Porto de Mos, just 5 minutes from the apartment, it’s a place to soak up the sun and ocean breeze and relax.
The apartment is on a cliff path offering stunning walks with breathtaking views of the ocean. Located midpoint along the most amazing walking trail of Lagos from Ponta de Piedade to Rocha Negra its ideal for passionate walkers. For those who like a shorter hike you can follow the path over the cliff to Luz, where the ocean is smooth, and the water is warmer and the cafes and street markets are live.

For active days, there is plenty to do with several golf courses within easy distance, local tourist sights and theme and water parks.
There are so many great restaurants nearby and three within walking distance.

Supermarkets in Lagos are open all week around and with two close by offering local goods, freshly baked bread, and pastries, as well as all your convenience items too.

Car access to Porte de Mos is smooth and easy – in fact crossing the whole town of Lagos won’t take much more than 15 minutes. MaBell is a fantastic place to stay - a base to explore the surrounding area and wider Algarve and a home from home experience you won’t forget.
