House is in a great location. Not a great layout for families staying with young children. Master is in a separate villa from other bedrooms. Mosquitoes were unbearable which is understandable but charging us extra to run air conditioning continuously when we can’t open windows because of poor screens or sit outside in the evenings is horrible. For charging 1250/night I should be able to run AC.

Relaxing Time on Providenciales

We have been going to Providenciales for our April break for the past six years and this home was the best yet! The rooms were very clean and spacious and our host was available for any issue. We spent most of our time floating in the ocean or snorkeling around the point. The teenagers were super excited to have jet skis delivered to the dock to rent. A rental car is a must (which we knew and expected) but it is easy to navigate the island. We went to all our favorite restaurants (Mr Groupers, Shark Bite etc) and had a great private snorkel with Big Blue Collective. Hopefully we'll be able to stay again next year!!

Amazing place! This is our second time staying here and highly recommend this beautiful home. There were 4 adults couples in our group and plenty of room for us all. Julian welcomed us on time, had good communication and was easy to work with. You are a little bit of a drive to the tourist area of Grace Bay but it is worth it. We love this island, the people and delicious food!

Great location and villa has everything you need from kitchenware to beach and pool toys. The beds were comfortable. The views spectacular and sunsets were beautiful. We did the walk in the bay to the beach a few times and was so fun and enjoyable. The locals say it’s the best beach on the island. Taylor bay is very unique in that it’s pretty much knee deep everywhere you walk very calm and perfect for kids. The villa had everything you needed to grill and cook any meal for the day. Plenty of towels and supplies are provided and washer/dryer were great. The loft beds do get a little a warm even with the AC on but the beds were comfy for the kiddos.

WOW is this villa spectacular! Sunsets galore, loved being able to walk to the beach easily by either land or sea. Surprising amount of sealife right at our dock. Great communication with the owner and Julian. We'll be back!

Spectacular Stay at Sunset Point

From the moment we arrived at this stunning island retreat, we knew we had found paradise. Sunset Point exceeded all expectations; every part of the property was designed for comfort, relaxation, and breathtaking beauty. Massive windows, open concept and multi-level porches provide spectacular views, while landscaping and house ‘point’ location provides complete privacy from other homes. Perfect as the home is- it is the outdoor space which truly sets Sunset Point apart. From the pool area with multiple lounging spots, to dock with water access, and ability to WADE to a quiet stunning beach-this home is unparalleled. We found ourselves scheduling dinner after sunsets, specifically so we could enjoy a cocktail and toast the setting sun! Info package provided by the owners covers every detail- we enjoyed snorkeling, reef fishing (grouper and mackerel tacos for dinner!), and private chef. And hit a number of the restaurants suggested as well. We rented 2 cars (10 adults) and found the driving to be no prob- popped all around the island, but were thrilled to head back to Sunset Point every evening. The owners were incredibly responsive prior to our trip, and Julian made check in a breeze. Frankly, had no need to call him once we arrived. This home is truly a hidden gem and the ultimate escape for anyone seeking luxury and tranquility. It was a trip of a lifetime. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Way to Celebrate a 50th Anniversary

The home was perfect for our group of four couples. The check in process was seamless, and Julian, from the property management company was great. He was quick to respond to texts if we had any questions. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for the two in our group who love to cook. We loved the location on the quieter side of the island, and the view was truly amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and floaties for the eight of us. We enjoyed walking from the dock around the corner to Taylor Bay Beach several times near low tide. Other favorites include the short walk to Taylor Bay Beach daily, the anniversary dinner at Hemingway's, and our day at Sapodilla Beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A piece of paradise!

Our stay was just fantastic! The check in process was seamless with so much information about the home provided to us prior to our stay, which helped to not pack unnecessary items. The property manager Julian, was waiting for us upon our arrival and only a text away for any question/recommendations! There wasn't a thing we needed during our stay at the house that was provided. The water views and sunsets were just spectacular and coffee in the mornings on the dock were the best way to start the day! We spent so much time in the water floating and relaxing the day away...exactly what we needed! The house was the perfect size for our party of 7 to stay comfortably. Such a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a piece of paradise on the best island!

Actual Paradise!

Our stay at Sunset Point Villa was absolute paradise and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a serene and private oasis that provided the perfect escape from our daily lives. The property was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure guests have a comfortable and convenient stay. The peace and tranquility of the location made it feel like our own private haven. A special mention must go to Julian, the property manager, who was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His dedication to ensuring we had the best experience possible was greatly appreciated. This place is a gem in Turks and Caicos, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Location, Location Location (and A+ service)!

Cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sunset Point. Aside from the obvious- the location cannot be beat anywhere on the island for those looking to stay in the Taylor Bay/Sapodilla Bay Beach area. To be able to walk from the dock right to Taylor Bay beach through the water was incredible and the views (especially during the afternoons were some of the best on the island. It's very quiet and secluded, but also felt very safe as a gated property with security guards making rounds down the street at night. The property itself is spacious and nicely appointed, with more than enough for both cooking/grilling at the house and pool/beach accessories and toys. The layout is somewhat unusual with 3 of the bedrooms being separate units from the main house, however management was very clear and upfront about the layout before we booked and ultimately we had no trouble with it. Equally as impressive as the location and views were Julian and the team at Island Management, our primary contact for the property. Their communication and responsiveness was incredible, from check-in all the way though the length of our stay. We never waited more than 2 minutes for a response and they always addressed our needs immediately. Granted they weren't extensive but it was great knowing they were there and reliable if and when needed. Again, I cannot stress enough how amazing the location and views are at Sunset Point, and may family and I are already planning our return trip.

Unsurpassed Views

The view from the house is as beautiful as the pictures show. The house itself and furnishings are functional but clearly well used. The photos are a bit misleading - the pool is smaller than I expected, and the deck is quite narrow around the pool. The layout is strange. Three of the bedrooms are in a different structure with locks and keypads on the exterior of the door. You exit to the outside - not the main house. There are a lot of mosquitos. We came back covered in bites. Everything is about 20 minutes away so be sure to rent a car. Julian, the property manager, was super responsive. He usually responded in 1 or 2 minutes to any of my questions. He was also helpful in setting up jet ski and boat rentals. We had chef Jose come in one night and make a Carribean dinner. Highly recommend it but be prepared for the cost. Overall, I l was a little disappointed upon arrival, but the house grew on me over the vacation .

Sunset Point Ocean Villa

The property has lots of 5 star reviews but we found it to be lacking in several areas. The entire property needs to be updated. The pool needs new coping and the surface needs to be refinished. Gutters drip onto the pool deck after it rains. The location is very scenic but constant jet ski traffic across the front including inside the swim area is disturbing to what would otherwise be a peaceful vibe. It's proximity to Taylor Bay is a plus.

Perfect Piece of Paradise

The villa’s layout was perfect for our family of 8 - including adult kids and grandkids. As mentioned in previous reviews, it is very clean, well equipped, and the owner/rental agent very responsive. It also felt very private and safe. We had a perfect stay and really didn’t feel the need to leave often. The views, water, and beach kept us very occupied. We saw plenty of marine life from the dock including Drake the turtle and many sting rays. The property is lovely - gorgeous gardens, stunning views from every window, and a ton of outdoor space to enjoy. The only downfall was having to leave this beautiful place but we’re already trying to plan a return trip.

Amazing Vacation!!!

Our group of 14 had a wonderful time at Sunset Point Villa. The views were even better in person. We encountered a few minor issues during the first two days of our stay, but they were quickly resolved. There are several noteworthy aspects of the villa. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, platters, and large plastic containers for leftovers. The owner had thought of everything. When one of the large pots leaked, a replacement was promptly provided. The villa was also supplied with enough toilet paper for the entire week. We visited in early August, and the weather was quite hot. The owner provided us with a $200 allowance for air conditioning. Initially, we tried to go without it the first day, but eventually turned it on when we were indoors. There were three AC units in the central area, two in the living room and one in the kitchen, as well as one unit in each bedroom. We recommend bringing plenty of mosquito repellent, Benadryl itch cream, Cortizone, and Skin So Soft. Despite the breezy weather, we were bitten by mosquitoes quite a bit during the first few days. We're unsure if this is a common issue in August or not. When the tide is low, Taylor Bay can be reached by walking from the dock. Additionally, the bay is only a two-minute walk away from the street. We were able to order Jet Skis and Paddle Boards, and they were delivered directly to the villa. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Sunset Point Villa and would definitely recommend it

We had a group of 9 people ranging from 10-44yr on a family vacation. The loft area with two beds was too hot for the kids to sleep in, so they slept on sofa's. We loved being able to snorkel right off the property however, the sea doo's come ripping really close to the house so be careful. Night snorkeling was the best since we were concerned about the closeness of the seadoo's and not being able to be seen. We saw tons of starfish, crabs, squid and fish at night, even a turtle and a sting ray during the day. Easy walk/ swim over to Taylor Bay, but again stay close to the rocks or the sea doo's rush past. We utilized all parts of the house, and were pretty happy with our experience.

This is How You Celebrate an 80th Birthday!

A beautiful private house on the water - we tumbled into the water each morning and swam to the beach around the corner- past Drake the sea turtle to the whitest sand beach. As for the house- a gift. They thought of everything. Don't hesitate - book it now!

Perfect vacation villa

Our family had a wonderful week stay at sunset point villa. We went to the grace Bay Area a couple of times for a boat tour and to see the beach, but overall we’re glad we stayed in the chalk sound area. The house is well stocked including a nice grill. We generally stayed around the pool, dock and nearby Taylor bay. The views are are the highlight, from every room and many windows. The owner provides a lot of information, I recommend reviewing for details on power usage, water, access, etc. everything was as described. A rental car is a must but it’s very easy to navigate the island. We felt very safe, it’s at the end of a short road lined with other large nice homes and security person is presently nightly for just that area, usually set up at the end of the road. Note that three of the rooms are in the second building with outside doors, I think a better setup for adults than children. Also, we were told the winds were unusual while we were there but the direction made the water off the dock rough and unusable a few days of our week, just something else to consider. Overall it’s a beautiful place with amazing views.

The ocean off of the dock is shallow and generally calm, perfect for taking a deep or snorkeling. Taylor Bay Beach is just a short 3 minute walk away, and can even be reached by walking in the water if you choose. Every room in the villa has a stunning ocean view.
