Three Cays Villa es una obra maestra frente al mar de cuatro habitaciones y cuatro baños. Las vistas desde este 'Taj Mahal en los trópicos' son infinitas y fascinantes. Fue completamente renovado en los últimos tres meses y la construcción está completa. Tiene una cocina nueva con gabinetes nuevos, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable de Kitchen Aid, encimeras de granito, iluminación, completa con una isla con capacidad para seis, etc. Todos los baños en la estructura principal son completamente nuevos, con lujosos tocadores, encimeras de granito y duchas con mamparas de vidrio. Arriba, ambas habitaciones tienen baño privado y el dormitorio principal ha sido totalmente reconfigurado con una ventana panorámica que da al océano para que uno pueda verlo mientras está acostado en la cama. Los muebles de toda la casa también son nuevos. Hay nuevas ventanas y puertas en toda la villa con una apertura colosal que conduce a la terraza exterior y está adornada con puertas corredizas que se pueden abrir por un lado para permitir que los vientos alisios fluyan a través de la villa.
Siéntese junto a la piscina en los jardines totalmente ajardinados o descanse junto al océano en el gran patio de baldosas de piedra coralina. Para los amantes del snorkel, Three Cays Villa se llama así porque directamente detrás de la villa hay tres arrecifes naturales repletos de vida marina. Juguetes de agua están disponibles.

Great property, great location

The home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well appointed and had pretty much everything you'd want if you plan to cook at home more than eat out. The other reviews and pictures tell the rest of the story. Awesome place.

We were a group of adults and little kids. Rarely do you find a property that is better than the pictures, but this one exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property manager was very helpful and super responsive. We are grateful we found this gem. Book this property!

A perfect stay

We had such an excellent week at 3 Cays Villa! The villa is exactly as described and as photos show. Eduardo and Claudia were extremely responsive for all questions and concerns both before and during our stay. We had a peaceful vacation, just enjoying the house, the water, the pool, sun, and sand! My three kids were able to learn how to kayak, we rented waverunners from VitaminSea and they brought them to us! We visited Half Moon Bay again through Island Vibes, and dined at Indigo and Coco Bistro - all fantastic experiences! Can't wait to come back - We'd love to book the villa again!

What a beautiful property we stayed at in Turks!! The house was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. Our party of family had a great time. Private and beautiful.

This was our second trip to this fantastic property. Everything was clean. Great views from every window. Can walk 500 yards out into the ocean and it is 3ft deep. Will be back.

I would say the stay was as expected, given the reviews and descriptions, which is a good thing!! The stay was super relaxing, and we found the villa spacious enough for our group of 7. No hesitations in staying again or in recommending to others.

Spectacular villa and location!

Great and quick to respond owners. Villa is amazing and owners were thoughtful on the details from a well appointed kitchen and accessories to the phone chargers and so much more. We had an amazing week, great chef recommendations and activities. The water views were truly magical. Close to grocery store for all the essentials. Will have to plan another stay soon!

If you’re looking for a spectacular home away from home, Three Kay’s is the place. The Villa is beyond what the listing describes. It’s not until you step into the home and see the surroundings in order to actually grasp what awaits you. Enough space for 8 adults - parents and 3 adult children with their significant others. The kids had the main house and we the parents opted for the guest which was perfection. The location is super ideal. Private, quiet, safe and secure and super clean. A quick drive to anywhere. Opted to have a private chef come in each night for dinner. The Chef stated the kitchen was top notch and had everything needed to prepare for a large group. Even watched the leafs win game 6 on the big screen. Eduardo and Claudia are very special people. Attentive and kind. Their home radiates love and family.A big thank you to both!!We will be back - 110%

We had a great week at this island paradise. Property looks exactly like the online pics - plenty of space for us 7 adults. Owner and property manager very accessible and helpful. Location is private and not too far from anywhere you want to go - definitely get a rental car to get around.

Amazing Villa

The villa is absolutely amazing! All 6 off us loved the villa. The gazebo, pool and the beach house were all wonderful. Pictures dont do the villa justice. Host and property manager were all very responsive. We will def be back to this house. The ocean water is amazing and you can walk to the island in the water.

Amazing property

Amazing property that was just as advertised. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the pool, decks, covered areas, kitchen and bedrooms. Easy stroll from pool to the ocean and once in, you can walk out on the soft sand quite a distance. Kitchen is top notch with all the necessary accessories for dining in. Can’t wait to go back.

Breathtaking view and relaxation!

Wonderful owners and host. House was better than pictures and expected. Quiet relaxing neighborhood. 180 degree water views, feels like you are on a private ship out in the water. So nice to walk right out in the water from the house to swim or kayak. Great pool and outdoor living. Highly recommend.

Fabulous!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The blue water views are breathtaking! We spent 7 days here and would have loved to have stayed longer! The teenagers loved the kayaks, swimming in the pool and sun bathing. The outdoor dining areas were a perfect place for us to enjoy dinner and the amazing views together. We hope to go back soon!

Our family of five had the perfect vacation thanks to the amazing host family and their amazing home! This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos, but we felt right at home thanks to the abundant amenities, serene ocean view, tons of privacy, and a host of local contacts to keep our vacation moving full speed ahead. Don’t miss the opportunity to put that giant kitchen to work by asking for Hermes to come over and cook a five star meal as a private chef! Thank you again for making this family vacation an absolute success!!

The perfect week!

Our family of six with four college aged kids spent a perfect week at Eduardo and Claudia's home. The villa was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. Our every need was anticipated. The amazing views from almost every room in the house are not be believed, photos don't do it justice. The pool house is beautiful, and so comfortable. The pool and ocean were perfection, amazing green color, no seaweed, just beautiful soft sand. We didn't plan on it, but we spent most of our vacation at the villa. Every time we ventured to the busier side of the island (Grace Bay area) we longed to be back in our beautiful and private paradise. Thank you Eduardo and Claudia for opening up your home to us. We will be back!
