Layout
Ground Floor
Upon entering Villa Marevista, youll be welcomed into a spacious and inviting living room, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. This space features a 75" Smart TV, a cozy energy fireplace, and a plush corner sofa, all with direct access to the pool area for effortless indoor-outdoor enjoyment. A PlayStation 4, a selection of board games, and a JBL Bluetooth Speaker are provided to keep everyone entertained, while a comfortable sofa bed accommodates the seventh guest, ensuring ample space and enjoyment for all.
The fully equipped kitchen features all modern appliances and a wine cooler, to make your self-catered holiday seem effortless. The kitchen island, with seating for up to four guests, is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee. At the heart of the space is a large dining table, comfortably seating up to eight guests, offering the perfect setting for memorable meals with stunning views of Souda Bay as your backdrop.
The ground floor also features a WC and an LG washer and dryer, for added convenience.
First Floor
Ascending to the first floor of the villa, you will find three bedrooms. All bedrooms feature CANDIA STORM mattresses, ensuring a restful nights sleep, bath robes and slippers for your comfort, as well as ABEA products for self-care.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a 43" LG TV, a spacious walk-in closet with a safe deposit box, a full-length mirror, a vanity, and a sofa bed (0,80 x 2,00) where the 8th guest can be accommodated. Step out onto the private balcony to unwind and take in the stunning views of Souda Bay.
The second bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), which can be formed into two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, a 43" LG TV, a closet, a full-length mirror, and a desk area. This bedroom shares a balcony with the third bedroom, providing a lovely space to enjoy the surrounding views.
The third bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), which can be formed into two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, a 43" LG TV, a closet, a full-length mirror, and a desk area. It also shares a balcony with the second bedroom, offering a lovely space to relax and take in the surrounding views.
All bedrooms are equipped with ABEA bathroom amenities.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Marevista covers 4,800 m2 and is truly the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The heart of the outdoor area is the shimmering pool, accompanied by comfortable sunbeds, to enjoy the warm sun. But what truly takes your breath away is the private garden brimming with seasonal fruits and vegetables for you and your loved ones to enjoy during your stay.
More specifically, the outdoor area features:
- A private, 50 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.6 m deep with step access. The pool uses salt water electrolysis and can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge.
- The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas
- Gas UNIMAG BBQ with a single gas hob with a sink, under a shaded pergola
