Twin Beds: The 3 bedrooms with twin beds can be converted into doubles with a mattress topper. Please inform us in advance of your booking to arrange this.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible, subject to availability and approval. These requests must be made in advance.
Baby Cot & Highchair: Available for free (please request at least 20 days before arrival to ensure availability; cot linen is not provided).
Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included, with a towel change every 4 days and bed linen change every 7 days. Pool towels are also provided. For stays of 2 weeks or more, linen and towel changes will occur halfway through your holiday.
Mobility Statement: The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly. The outside grounds are flat and paved stoned. The pool has a ladder. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 21 steps leading to the first floor. Please note this property contains External or Internal horizontal railings (ladder effect). Please ensure children do not climb and remain supervised at all times.
