Magnificent apartment on the first floor with three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds that can be joined into a double and another with two single beds), two bathrooms, full kitchen, large dining room with two comfortable sofas.
Suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has air conditioning in every room, smart TV in every room and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located on the first floor with only 15 steps!
It enjoys a strategic position: it is very close to Piazzale Roma and the only train station in Venice (Santa Lucia).
Close to Campo Santa Margherita, a lively neighborhood full of characteristic places.
There are 3 supermarkets and other grocery stores nearby.
It is also close to the Zattere, a magical and romantic place, along which you can take beautiful walks at dawn or dusk, enjoying a wonderful atmosphere and why not? you can even go jogging

We loved our stay here! The host Elizabeth was awesome right from the beginning when she met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. The apartment was huge and very accommodating for all six of us. We could tell the apartment had been upgraded/ updated with new bathrooms and kitchen. It had great style in Italian charm!! Our group of six friends has been traveling around ITALY and all agreed this was our favorite place to stay!! Venice was beautiful and amazing but the apartment was definitely a cherry on top.

Mrs. Elisabetta and her son are absolutely AMAZING. They were above and beyond accommodating. They made everything about the arrival, the communication, the transportation, the sites, EVERYTHING easy and great. The house was absolutely comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were large. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were more than enough to accommodate 5 people. House is located around the corner from restaurants and shops. Absolutely amazing. By far one of the best stays we have had in Italy.

The best part about this stay is Elisabetta. She takes immense pride in hosting and it's clear by the little details and how she met us at check in to take us to the apartment.The apartment is bright, homey, and comfortable with great amenities and location. Contrary to most Italian holidays, it got chilly at night and we actually had to turn the heat on. Elisabetta was quick to help us with that and checked in on us regularly during our stay. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very spacious, the bathrooms are very updated including the kitchen. This is a perfect spot to stay at if you don't want to be in the middle of all the tourists. The location is great! There is a church right when you exit the apartment, the piazza is great with many restaurants, there is a market and stores. The host, Elisabetta was great! She provides so much insight about Venice including travel, water taxi, places to go see and eat. When we needed information she was available. Her apartment felt like home! Definitely recommend.

An absolutely wonderful host and apartment. Do not hesitate on booking. My family (two adults and four kids 17-1) was warmly greeted at the train station and given an introduction to Venice and to the apartment. The property was lovely, clean and well located on a charming square with restaurants, bars and a grocery Everything was lovely and quite comfortable what with 2.5 baths! We only wish we had more time to explore. I suppose one day we will have to return.

Nice stay, plenty of room for the three of us. Elisabetta is a kind and gracious host, meeting us at the train station on the first day to guide us to the apartment. Google Maps worked well in Venice, making for easy walking directions. We enjoyed our stay in Venice, we would recommend this apartment to any group looking for a bit more space than a hotel.

I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and have never had such a helpful and accommodating host. Elisabetta is a jewel. The apartment is lovely - clean, well appointed and in a great neighborhood. We highly recommend staying there.

This is a very great place, very clean and accurrate, i would totally recommend this place and revisit again. Elizabbetta the host and her son are wonderfull, they even wait for us at the water taxi station and helped us carry our luggage, explain everything in detail, kept communicating through our stay to ensure we were ok. I would definitely recommend 100% this place and would love to have every host from Elizabetta learn how to treat clients - wonderful place and wonderful host!!! Best place in Venezia!!!

What a wonderful spot to stay in Venice. The location was perfect and not much traffic like the more popular locations. This makes it a very comfortable and quiet spot to stay. And it is in close walking distance of all the necessary spots to visit such as the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square and many restaurants. Our family was meet by our warm and friendly hostess and her son, who walked us to the apartment from where the water taxi dropped us off. We were in constant communication and she answered any questions promptly. I also suggested that you go along with any suggestions that Elisabetta makes of places to visit or dining suggestions. Everything was spot on and wonderful. She even made our dinner reservations for us. Definitely above and beyond. A service, location and accommodations.

Phenomenal hospitality. The host was so kind and helped us coordinate our travels that day and navigate to the apartment. She thought of everything, providing shampoo, ponchos for the rain, and much more. The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable too.

The host was excellent from the moment that we first made contact until the day we left. She responded to inquiries very quickly and even met us at the train station when we arrived on the first evening, to lead us back to the flat and then to a nearby restaurant for a meal. The neighbourhood is really delightful, and nearby Campo San Barnaba has nice cafes and a gondola station. Nothing was very far away and it was a great apartment in a perfect location. I'll stay again. No complaints.

Wonderful hosts!

The hosts went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They had prompt, friendly and informative correspondences leading up to the visit. They met us where we arrived in Venice and walked us to the apartment, they sat with us and explained top area attractions and how to get to them and the place was clean and perfect for my family. I highly recommend this place and these hosts!

Very large apartment and amazing AC units. Elisabetta is super helpful. She and her son met us at the parking garage to take us to the apartment. They gave us a map and suggestions on where to eat and what to see in the city in our short time. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Great hosts and place!!

What an amazing place to stay. Great location too! The communication was perfect with so much help with reservations and water taxi just a few steps to the apartment and no steps or bridges to have to navigate with our luggage. So we were more than pleased. We definitely recommend this fantastic roomy apartment!

Elisabetta was quite literally the best host we have ever encountered on VRBO. She was kind enough to meet us at the train station in Venice and guide us directly to her space, and even offered to help us with our bags. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in Venice and places to eat. Her apartment was very clean and open, in a great location, and she even gifted us a bottle of limoncello! When we weren't able to figure out the AC unit, she was quick to respond and even came back to help us. I could not recommend Elisabetta enough, and the book she leaves on the dining room table in which all of her visitors can sign agree as well! If we are ever back in Venice, we will absolutely be requesting Elisabetta’s apartment again!

Great location

Our host Elisabetta was so welcoming and accommodating. She and her daughter met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. She took us to a great pizza place and gave us recommendations for other restaurants. She was very easy to communicate with when we had questions. Would definitely rent again.

This is a superb place to stay in Venice! The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and well-located to walk to any destination. Elisabetta is very responsive to initial inquiries and any subsequent questions. And maybe best is the friendly, helpful welcome. Our family greatly enjoyed our visit to Venice and Elisabetta and the apartment were a big reason why. Obviously we highly recommend this for a visit to Venice.

Incredible home apartment with the best hostess ever

We loved our brief stay at Elisabetta’s beautiful home apartment. It was spotless and had everything you could ever need. The photos and description don’t do it justice. We wished we could’ve stayed longer with how comfortable it was (even with our whole family). Easily slept 6, AC was cool, washer and dryer were helpful. Best part? Elisabetta was the most gracious and kind hostess, and her son Georgio was a delight in checking us in. Good communication throughout. She helped us in so many ways, including navigating the reserving of water taxis from the train station and to the airport. We will stay here again our next trip to Venice for sure!

First Family trip to Italy

After just one hotel night in Milan, our stay in Venice was the first half of our first family trip to Italy that we have planned for more than two years.Communication with the host, Elisabetta, was fantastic. Although a normal check-in was scheduled for mid-afternoon, Elisabetta offered an earlier check-in which we were quite happy to take advantage of, and enjoy more time in Venice. Her son Giorgio also offered to meet us at the train station and guide us to the property for which we were very grateful. Once at the property, Elisabetta met us personally to welcome us to her home, show us the property features, and provide tips on the area. This was outstanding service and I can’t remember the last time that a host provided such outstanding in-person service.Having now spent 4 days enjoying many different Venice experiences, I can say that this property location is fantastic because it is central on the island. Every possible destination on the island was only a 10-20 minute walk through beautiful alleys full of quaint cafes, shops, churches, and museums. As a bonus, the property was located on a corner from a wonderful piazza loaded with cafes, restaurants, grocery store, and morning fish/produce markets. We were also very comfortable staying at the property after a long day exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable. The showers were hot with good water pressure. We would absolutely love to stay at this wonderful property again!
