Located in Albufeira, the villa ‘Casa dos Avós’ has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people – ideal for a family holiday. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. This large open space is the perfect place to relax, dine outside and soak up the sun with your loved ones.

For stays longer than 7 nights, an extra cleaning and clean towels/linen can be provided mid-stay. Please ask about this upon arrival. The pool can be heated for an extra fee.

Self-check-in:
· A week before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with house details (location and how to get the keys) and instructions to pay the safety deposit, so you will be asked to provide your email

Emergency number:
· In your check-in will be provided with an emergency number to be used in case of urgent matters. This number will be sent by email.

House Rules:
· 350 € as a safety deposit one week before entering the house. The amount will be refunded up to 1 week after check-out and will only be deducted in case of damage to the property.
· Pets are allowed under request
· Smoking is not allowed
· It is not allowed for parties
· Minimum age for booking: 21 years old (main guest)
