Esta nueva belleza privada construida a mano está en el extremo de una franja de playa con vistas libres de 270 °. Desde la cubierta y el área de la piscina hay solo unas pocas escaleras hasta el agua del océano. Tres puntos importantes de buceo están directamente en su patio trasero, Hilma Hooker, The Lake y Punt Vierkant, todos tienen arrecifes dobles. Beautiful house on the ocean

I’m spoiled for travel after staying here!

Even though we saw the house from the outside on our last visit to Bonaire, I thought there was no way it could live up to my expectations. Not only did it live up to them, but it exceeded them! Check in and check out were personalized and a breeze. The house was gorgeous and I miss waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Sunsets were gorgeous from the deck…or better yet from the pool! There were perfect spaces for a multi-generational stay. The hosts were attentive and quickly answered the minor questions that we had.

Best View on the Island!

This eco beach house is fabulous, we have now stayed here two different times and it has been wonderful. It was perfectly suited for our party of seven this year. When not diving we spent lots of time using the pool, the large kitchen, and enjoying the best view on the island. Already planning our return trip for next year!

Great stay

We had 7 people stay at the house and it was an amazing location, property. We had plenty of space and we could snorkel right from the house. It was absolutely perfect for our friends. We even woke up one morning and saw a flamingo fly by. Absolutely magical.

Paradise

The house was amazing! It was our bit of paradise for a week. It’s the last house in the line and it’s ON the ocean, can’t get much better than that. We loved the openness that the house provides, which let us fully enjoy the climate and island life. It has everything you need to cook, swim, sleep and relax. We left wanting more and hope to come back someday!

Island paradise

This house and setting were spectacular. Removed and private, yet close to a wonderful family-owned dive shop (Flamingo Diving). Open air with breezes coming through the custom openings meant to help keep it cool, and air conditioning in every bedroom for restful sleep. The decor, furniture and style really made us feel relaxed and connected with the beautiful natural surroundings. Hayte, the owner, and Esther, the house manager, were very responsive, friendly, and professional. We would absolutely come back!

Perfect house for friends & family!

This house was perfect for our week stay on Bonaire. We included a family of 4, including a 13 and 15 year old, and two additional couples. The layout was ideal, with plenty of private space and large gathering spaces for meals and socializing. We opened the doors daily which provided excellent cross breezes and an incredible view of the sea. Being able to step down directly from the property and snorkel or dive The Lake was amazing. Before our time was over, we all knew we wanted to return! Hayte and Esther were very easy to communicate with and provided great flexibility for our group. We can't wait to plan our next stay!

Annual friend's vacation 🌴

We travel yearly with a group of friends who are family and actual family who are friends. Each year a couple chooses a location. Typically a location no person has already visited. This year, I chose Bonaire. We usually start planning out our next years trip by making a list of likes, dislikes and wish lists for the follow years trip. When you have all couples agree that this location, this house, same week next year before we've left the island - to say it was a spectacular stay is not enough. Check - in easy and the snacks and beverages were a bonus. Prompt response of the host- amazing! Cleanliness- comfort- description of VRBO 5 stars Spectacular snorkeling steps away from pool deck! We cannot wait to get back!!! See you next year!

Really wonderful beach house

Loved staying at this place. It’s outside town but an easy quick drive to get there for dinner or groceries, and a little further down the road is the Salt Pier as well as numerous other excellent snorkeling/diving sites. The kitchen is great and has most things you would want, including multiple ways to make coffee and a good stock of spices. The pool is fabulous and can entertain kids for hours, plus there are some nice books and games to play in the living room. Also a lot of sea life and lovely snorkeling out in front of the house. At night little hermit crabs came out and walked on the porch and into the kitchen. Host was responsive to a few small issues we had in our stay. My only caveat if you have older or less agile members of your party, I suggest slipper socks or house sandals for safety. This floor is extremely slippery especially when wet. My mom slipped and fell and myself and several others almost wiped out on it at least once. Other than that, this place is awesome and we highly recommend it, and would stay again.

Fantastic Five Star Ocean Front Property

This is a beautiful property with stunning architecture in a fantastic location on Bonaire if you like to dive and/or snorkel. You are minutes away from several locations to rent dive gear (we used Flamingo Divers). The stretch of undeveloped shoreline directly to the south of the house contains dozens of popular dive sites which are very easy to access including the Hilma Hooker and Salt Pier. Amazing snorkeling and “The Lake” dive site is accessed right from the deck with private pool. Dunk tanks are present for use next to the house. This is by far the best ocean front house we have ever had the pleasure to rent. We cooked quite a bit and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. Working with Hayte and Esther was wonderful. They were very responsive to any inquiries. Downsides to be aware of: smooth concrete floors throughout the house can be slippery when wet (particularly the shower). It rained quite heavily one night which led to a fair amount of water that leaked on the floor of the second level (which was not too big of a deal to mop up). Bonaire is known for tiny biting insects (no-see-ums/midges). The attack rate in our party was quite variable, some had very few bites whereas others were literally covered in bites with associated red itchy bumps. Mosquitoes were somewhat less of an issue. Overall, our family loved this house and would love to stay again if we are able to make it back to Bonaire. The shore diving experience can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

Excellent Unit

We have been visiting Bonaire for more than twenty years and have stayed in well over a dozen units. Eco House 4 is easily one of the best units we have stayed in. The location perfect for groups with a wide age range. Access to the water is easy and safe. It is the only unit on the island immediately next to a wide open beach for walking (3-4 kilometers of empty beach that cannot be developed). Outdoor spaces are perfect with plenty of shade and sun spaces that are good for dining, relaxing, sun bathing and swimming in the pool. Indoor spaces are also great. Bedrooms are private and all en-suite. All bedrooms have AC but the house is specifically designed to remain cool from cross breezes. Works very well. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking any type of meal. The floor is quite slippery when wet so putting down towels between pool and kitchen is wise. Highly recommend this villa.

Perfect location!

The house is exactly as advertised, maybe even better! It is the last house on the row with an amazing view of the water and the salt pyramids. Snorkeling is fabulous right out in front of the house. We worked with Hayte during booking then Sam & Hayte Jr during our stay. All were very nice and accommodating! We loved that there were snacks and drinks provided to get us started, a very nice touch. We hope to be back!

Best Bonaire house!

Location perfect: right on ocean, last house before Reserve starts, near The Lake & Hilma Hooker dives sites, close to town. First floor of house has no AC, but not needed with fully opened walls and lovely breeze that flows through the house. Great kitchen that’s very stocked. Be ready for small bugs & ants that come naturally with open space, but they are part of this set up and expected. No issues at all if you keep food all in fridge. Amazing back deck with pool, fresh water rinse hose, grill, great seating right on Ocean with amazing sunsets, place to rinse and hang scuba gear, visiting Pelican that became our friend. Rooms have lots of space, individual AC units, great closets, very nice bathrooms & Master has awesome view & fully opening sliders to balcony. We rented a mini van and scooters (parked out front) which was great for 6 people. On island, Hayte Jr helped us with anything and everything we had problems with and needed. He even helped us find a lunch spot on Xmas day when we had to kill time between check-out and our flight when every restaurant we called was closed. Hayte Jr will be there for check-in to show you everything. Highly recommend this house and owner (Father/son) 100%! We will be booking with them again!

An absolutely spectacular vacation!

My mother, two sisters, and I had the opportunity to stay at this amazing home for a week. We loved everything about the property, and to be honest the pictures simply do not do it justice! The home is very high-end with amazing views, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone. The location is fantastic and we loved snorkeling right off the beach next to the house. There are great restaurants and dive spots nearby, but while we did some excursions around the island, we were most happy just lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful home. Communication with the owner Hayte, and his representatives Sam and Monique, was easy, we had a minor issue with an air conditioning unit which was immediately fixed. I would highly recommend renting this place, you will not be disappointed! As a matter of fact, we plan to come back next year!

Beautiful Home and Excellent Location

From the moment we entered the house we felt our stress reduce and we felt at home. The kitchen is nicely stocked & the 4 private bedrooms, each with their own bath, allows plenty of privacy. The large pool overlooking the beautiful sea is where we spent most of our time. Easy access to snorkel and dive right from the house! Our host was easily available and immediately repaired an ac unit that had stopped working on our first night. Try the Ocean Oasis Beach Club just down the road for excellent food, great ambiance and a beach --- all within easy walking distance! This is a FABULOUS place to stay on the beautiful island of Bonaire.

Great place

Stayed here for diving. This place is immediately adjacent to “the lake” dive spot. Hilda Hooker is about 200 m further south on the shore. Swim out from shore is about 30 m. This place is very nice. Host picked us up at the airport as our plane came in 5 hours late and the car rental places were all already closed. Saved a lot of trouble. The next morning we walked back to the airport (2.3 miles) and picked up our rental. AC is in the bedrooms. Nice layout. Nice kitchen. Good service and it really is just like the pics.
