Guest Access & House Rules

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house, gardens, hot tub, and all amenities. The fully fenced outdoor space ensures a safe and private environment for your family and pets to enjoy.

Parties and events are not permitted — this is a peaceful coastal retreat

A £400 refundable damage deposit is required before check-in. This will be returned within 48 hours of departure, following a satisfactory inspection

Logs for the wood-burning stove are not provided but are available to buy locally at M.M. Carter’s Hardware in Haverfordwest
