It’s exceptionally located, just 200 meters from the golden sands of Broad Haven Beach. It’s a calm, family-friendly retreat with space for up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and a snug, making it the perfect destination for your seaside getaways, coastal adventures, or simply unwinding by the sea.

The Beach House offers the most stunning views of St Bride’s Bay and direct access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. It’s a laid-back coastal retreat designed with families in mind—there’s room for everyone, with cozy spaces for both kids and grown-ups to unwind.

Okay, let’s get into the layout…

A few steps up from the driveway onto the patio where you’ll pass the hot tub.
Kick off your sandy shoes and hang your coats on the spacious front porch, perfectly set up with a dedicated spot for wetsuits and beach gear—so you’re always ready for your next surf session. Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open, and calming space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together with a step separating the two for that anchor down feeling into the sofa area.

To your right, the brand-new kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed family stay—an American-style fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, stylish sink with a garden serving hatch above (perfect for the BBQ!), integrated dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas stove, and a handy washer/dryer tucked neatly in the corner.

To your left, the big family dining table comfortably seats 10, perfect for gathering everyone for meals, games, or chats. The best part? A picture window that beautifully frames the sea view, bringing the beach right to your table, it’s brings in the perfect sunset glow.

A stylish floating log-effect gas burner sits beautifully between the open-plan living space and the laid-back lounge, where a cool blue L-shaped sofa and comfy chairs invite you to kick back and relax. This light-filled spot is perfect for post-beach chilling, with stunning views stretching out over the beach—ideal for soaking in those famous West Wales sunsets.

Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a small, dedicated workspace—great for checking in on emails or jotting down a postcard—with a big window letting in plenty of natural light. There’s fast Wi-Fi throughout the home, so you’re always connected (if you want to be!).

The first of two newly fitted bathrooms is conveniently located near two of the bedrooms. It features a walk-in shower, a modern square sink beneath a large round mirror, a WC, and a heated towel rail—perfect for warming up after a dip in the sea.
The second bathroom, closer to the master bedroom, is a family-friendly space with a full-sized bath and overhead shower, ideal for washing off sandy little feet after a day at the beach. It also includes a WC and a sleek sink with mirror.

The house has four bedrooms in total:
• The first, a twin room on the left, has two single beds and storage—just right for kids to have their own space.
• Opposite, the second bedroom is a snug double with hanging space for clothes and a calm, cozy feel.

The hallway drops down two small carpeted steps andopens up into a cozy snug—a great little hideaway featuring a comfy double sofa bed, wall-mounted Smart TV with streaming services, and a unit stocked with children’s books and toys. It’s the perfect chill-out zone for younger guests and doubles as a handy extra sleeping space.

Just off the snug is the spacious master bedroom, set at the front of the house. It features a king-sized bed and a beautiful bay window with sweeping views across Broad Haven and out to the sea—an ideal spot to wake up to coastal sunshine.

Next door, you’ll find a peaceful nursing room with a comfy feeding chair, which leads directly into a cheerful children’s room with a set of bunk beds—just right for a fun sleepover-style setup.

Outside, steps lead from the driveway to a sheltered lower patio, where the bubbling 6-person hot tub is ready and waiting—perfect for a relaxing soak after beach adventures.
Nearby, a gravelled area is set up for family BBQs, complete with a handy serving hatch straight into the kitchen.

Up above, a spacious lawn gives the kids room to run wild, while the upper patio offers a sun-soaked lounge space with comfy loungers and breathtaking views over the bay. A sleek glass balustrade keeps the breeze at bay, making it the ultimate suntrap for sea-gazing and relaxing.

The house is easily accessed from the main car park and includes two private parking spaces on a tucked-away driveway at the rear of the property.

Bed linen for the sofa bed will only be provided for bookings of more than 8 people. The linen will be provided, but the bed will not be made up to give you flexibility and access through the snug.
For groups of 8 or more adults, please contact us before booking, as the bunk-beds are strictly for children and teens.
Additional security deposits will be required.


Towel use:
We do ask guests to bring their own towels for beach and hot tub use. Flannels and towels will be provided for bath and shower use as normal.

Hot Tub Info:
We drain, clean, and service the hot tub between every stay to keep it fresh and sparkling for our guests. While we aim to have it ready to enjoy as soon as you arrive, please note that it may take a little time to reach its full temperature—especially if you’re one of the first to check in. It’s usually nice and toasty by early evening!
Please also respect our neighbours. We have quiet hours 9pm-7am through the week Sunday - Thursday.

Broad Haven village has a handy mini-mart for essentials, and you’ll find a full range of supermarkets and pharmacies just 7 miles away in Haverfordwest.

You’re also right on the world-famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path—the UK’s only coastal National Park. From the doorstep, enjoy a scenic 4-mile walk north to Newgale Beach or a gentle 1-mile stroll south to the charming village of Little Haven.
