The adjacent dining area includes a white modern table set beneath a mansard ceiling, while a sleek bar with high stools separates it from the contemporary, well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space features a private terrace with a gorgeous swimming pool, sun loungers, and a large sofa for lounging. A covered area houses a second dining space that seats up to six, ideal for shaded breakfasts or intimate dinners with a view of the ocean and harbor.

The villa is air-conditioned in both bedrooms as well as the living room, and is equipped with Wi-Fi and U.S. satellite television. It is a non-smoking property. Children over the age of 10 are welcome, and pets may be permitted upon request. Please note there is a completely independent apartment on the lower level of the property that is rented year-round and does not affect guest privacy.
