Enclavado en las alturas del pueblo de Corossol, disfrutará de una vista increíble del puerto de Gustavia y del vibrante paso de veleros y yates. Esta ubicación es excelente para ver el desfile de yates de lujo y los fuegos artificiales en la víspera de Año Nuevo en caso de que te encuentres en San Bart durante ese tiempo festivo.

¡Esta villa nueva, romántica pero moderna tiene una vista desde cada habitación que derretirá tu corazón! Dish Network, Apple TV, Canal Sat y Wifi están disponibles para su disfrute, así como una cocina totalmente equipada. El nivel principal consta de una gran sala que combina espacios de vida, comedor y cocina que se abren completamente al exterior, un dormitorio principal en suite y un tocador para invitados. Accesible a través de la escalera exterior en el nivel inferior hay dos dormitorios más con su propio baño y vistas más impresionantes del océano.

En francés hay una expresión que describe perfectamente la sensación que experimentará durante su estancia en la villa Passage: "Les pieds dans l'eau". Siempre estás a unos pasos del agua. De hecho, ¡puede sumergirse en el agua azul cristalina de la piscina directamente desde la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal o el baño principal! Desde la piscina infinita, busque las tortugas que hacen su ronda en la bahía de Corossol. We had an amazing stay over the New Years holidays, the villa is nicer than shows in the pictures. Well appointed finishes, amazing view and great location close to all.The team of the house manager Nelly and a cleaning person Lou was incredible. Great people, very personal. Can’t wait to return. Another great visit. Fantastic property, with superb views to Gustavia. We have stayed here on a number of occasions over recent years - the property remains very well maintained. The property manager and service staff are excellent. Always sad to leave, but excited about returning soon.

Great views, new villa and heated pool :-)

Great new villa with a heated pool and all new amenities. Views are fantastic and interesting as you can watch the traffic in and out of Gustavia and have a view right in to the harbour. Lots of activity out front which keeps it interesting. Not as convenient to restaurants as some may like but worked great for us. The villa manager and owner were first class and prompt with any inquiries we had. Definitely will be booking this villa again if it's available for our trip!!!

South of France "feeling"

The photos are very accurate to the property. The view from the pool and terrace were spectacular; we could have spent more time enjoying the view than bouncing around the island. But that was fun too. The villa was modern and clean. The master bed and bath was very comfortable and roomy. Location was also excellent, very near Gustavia. All in all a 10!

5 star modern villa with a Dreamy View

We very much enjoyed this incredible villa. It’s new, well-designed and in very very good condition. It really felt like staying in a 5 star luxury hotel. The view is extraordinary - looking out over the entrance to Gustavia harbor with a perfect view of the planes coming into land at St Jean. The villa is very spacious, very clean and the amenities are fantastic: Great quality linens, beach towels and l’occitane shampoo/conditioner/shower gel is a really nice touch. The terrace is fabulous - great recliners, a warm pool and a lovely place to have your meals. The kitchen is well-stocked so it’a easy to cook your own meals as you need. Nelly the manager responded very fast when we unexpectedly came in earlier than expected. She was responsive the one time I needed her. A couple of cautions: 1) noise. There are 3 villas in various states of construction very close by. Noise started at 7am with trucks backing up and dumping earth in front of the villa and in the afternoons there was constant jackhammering. Sadly We got only one afternoon off from this - a shame as the view and pool are so spectacular that there is nothing better than relaxing on the terrace. We were also unfortunate that the villa above us had a massive party our first night with excessively loud music until 2.30am. 2) the hill! Just know that Corossol is down a twisty one lane road and the villa is up a very steep hill with two tough turns. You get used to it but you need to be a solid driver. The construction vehicles were often parked in the way or on the side which made it just a bit more challenging. This is not a villa where you can nip out 2-3 times a day, plan where you want to go and limit the back and forth.

Dear Fiona, Thank you so much for the thoughtful review and I'm very pleased that you enjoyed our villa. However, I'm so sorry that you had noise issues during your stay. Especially since one of the things we love about the villa is that it's normally so quiet being at the end of a dead end road. In the several years that we have been renting Villa Passage, this is the first time we've heard of a large party that's been a problem. With a little luck, this will continue to be an infrequent problem. Honestly, it's also been quite a while since we've heard of construction noise which makes me so sorry you experienced this. There has definitely been a surge in construction all over the island in the last few years and it's almost impossible to predict when a new phase of a project will begin. All I can do is appologize and assure you that this isn't the norm. Again, thank you for the feedback and hope your future vacations in St Barth are great ones. We'd love to have you back! Amazing stay !

This villa is just amazing. The location is perfect, closed to the corossol beach ( 250 meters) and only 8 minutes away from Gustavia by car. The view is priceless, wherever you stay in the villa, you get the feeling to be in the Blue. Nelly the manager, and Lou the housekeeper, are very nice and professionnal people. I highly recommend this villa. The environment is really peaceful.

September 2021 Visit

Wonderful property. Nicely decorated interior, well equipped, and superb views over Gustavia. We have been visiting St Bart's at least once a year since 2013, and this ranks as one of the top villas we have stayed in during our many visits.

We had a fantastic time at villa passage Nelly was very responsive to all our needs , the spectacular location and view made it easier to deal with the island curfew while we were there . The villa is well stocked with a fabulous kitchen cannot wait to go back soon ….

What a view!

Wow! This property is beyond stunning! The villa, the pool, the view, Spectacular... Loved it! We did have a few issues with communication with the property manager - she seemed very busy and therefore the attention to detail and information was lacking for the caliber of this property. Getting in and out of the villa by car was extremely stressful because of the steep roads and cliffs. It would have been helpful to have known we needed a higher SUV type vehicle beforehand so that we would have been more prepared. One of the hills coming up to the villa is quite dangerous and better visibility will hopefully prevent any future accidents. Overall it was a lovely experience on St. Bart’s! 💖

That being said, I'm sorry that you had communication issues with our manager and I apologize. I know the peak of tourist season can be quite hectic and we will see what we can do to make sure that we are living up to your expectations. We will also plan on adding some information concerning vehicle choices for the island. It's true that the road up to the villa is a challenge. Thankfully it's a dead end and a private road! Incredible stay at the gorgeous Villa Passage

My wife and I just stayed at Villa Passage for a week, and it was really an amazing experience. The property is just fantastic, the floor to ceiling windows in every room provide a spectacular view out over Corossol and Gustavia to wake up to every morning. The pool was so inviting that we almost didn't want to go to the beach. Even with all that, it was some of the little things that we appreciated most. Just having things like a Nespresso machine and a juicer, or beach chairs that have backpack straps to carry more easily, made it that much easier to relax each day. On a practical note, the internet was fast, the TV had a ton of channels, the maid helped keep things clean, the pool was always warm, and the huge shower that walks straight out into the pool was maybe my favorite feature. Thanks for the fantastic memories!

About 80 years ago, Caroline's grandfather purchased the entire hill the villa is built on for the small price of a few francs. Little did he know that one day it would become such a sought after destination for many.

Privacy. Amazing view. You are just at the right distance to be close to the ocean and the passage of the boats, but far enough to feel as if nothing in the world matters but the infinity of the big blue.
