Central Spacious Ground Floor Flat with Courtyard
Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located ground-floor apartment in the very heart of Kingsbridge. A few steps from the head of the picturesque Kingsbridge and Salcombe estuary, take an enjoyable walk to the Quay Leisure Centre for a swim or to one of the many pubs and restaurants. Located opposite the Quay square that hosts many events including a weekly market and the annual fair. Or catch a local bus and explore the South Hams from the top deck - the views are incredible.
Enter the property via the hallway into the light and airy open-plan kitchen/living area with access to a much coveted outside space with a barbecue and seating area. Perfect for listening to the occasional live music on the quay or the sounds of the birds on the estuary. The spacious double bedroom has plenty of storage including bedside tables and a double wardrobe. The table for two in the living room would work equally well as a desk and with the fibre broadband, perfect for working from home. The light and spacious shower is double width for ease and comfort.
All of the property is for your use.
There is no parking space with this property but there is a long stay car park on the Quay or free parking spaces along the promenade and in Ebrington Street behind. You can pull up to the rear of the building to unload.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
